1. TO ENTER: Complete the "Monthly Drawing" survey form on this web site, or mail a 3" X 5" postcard with your name, address, city, province, postal code and telephone number to "Monthly Drawing" c/o Bill McFarlane, Williamson-Dickie Canada Co., 6711 Mississauga Road, suite 600, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N 2W3, which when received by the last day of the month, will be entered in the next monthly drawing. Limit one entry per person per month. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Williamson-Dickie Canada Co. ("Sponsor") not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or unintelligible entries.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER: Entries during each month’s survey period will be combined on the last day of the month and a random drawing will be held on or about the 5th of the following month. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decision is final in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via email or by phone.

3. PRIZES: Prizes will vary monthly and are described on this web site. No substitution or transfer of prizes except by Sponsor in the event an advertised prize is not available.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Drawing is open to Canadian residents only who are 16 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotion and public relations agencies and members of the immediate families of the above are not eligible to participate.

5. LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED: Only one entry per person per household per month is permitted. Multiple entries will be discarded. Entries are subject to verification.

6. CHANCES OF WINNING: Chances of winning depend on the number of entries during the contest period.

7. GENERAL: Proof of eligibility and/or release from liability may be required. Failure to comply with these rules will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. By accepting prize, winner agree to release Sponsor, parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with, the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Submitted materials become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, entrants accept and agree to these rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or web site; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing and entry process or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the drawing. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this drawing. If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the drawing, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing.

9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada and of each province, territory and municipality of Canada, respectively.

10. WINNERS LIST: Prize winners from previous month’s drawing will be posted on or about the 15th of each month on the Williamson-Dickie Canada web site:
