ORDER HISTORY AND HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE

To view the status of your order simply sign in to your account. If you are already signed in go to Order History and click on the order number for shipment(s) detail. If you wish to track a shipment that is en route, click on "Track Your Shipment" link underneath the tracking number.

GUEST ACCOUNT ORDER TRACKING

As a reminder, if you created your order as a Guest you will not be able to track your package through Dickies.com. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-411-1501 or 1-800-DICKIES (342-5437) or customerservice@dickies.com to track your shipment.

DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS

The total delivery time for an order is the period of time from when you place your order online until the time you receive it, including processing time plus shipping time. For more details regarding shipping options, see "Shipping Information" below. Please note that because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for multiple items. Additional shipping charges will not occur. If you have questions about items missing from your order, please contact one of our Customer Service Associates for assistance. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Dickies offers standard, two day and three business day delivery. We also offer delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses through the US Postal Service. Any shipments to P.O. boxes must also ship via US Postal Service. Expedited service is not available for APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, Williamson Dickie will not be responsible for expedited freight charges.

Customer Service can assist you with garment inquiries and order information. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Central Time. When calling Dickies about an order, please have your customer number and order number available. These were emailed to you following your order.

If you are emailing Dickies about an order, please remember to include your customer number and order number in your message.

If you are inquiring about the status of a shipment, please refer to the email we sent to you that includes a tracking number. Please note that tracking status is not available for US Postal Service shipments.


6 PAIR LIMIT

If you would like to order more than 6 of one specific item, such as for a workplace or for a sports team, please contact 1-866-411-1501 and speak with a customer service representative.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
We are unable to process any credit card issued or billed outside of the U.S.
If you pay by credit or ATM/debit/check card, the payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order and your account is actually charged when your order ships. The authorization will hold funds until released by your financial institution.
Your order may be held due to credit card authentication.


INVENTORY STATUS MESSAGES

Dickies® believes that it is important to let you know in advance when there may be low inventory or backorders for items you wish to order. For every size of every garment, we indicate if the item has to be backordered or if inventory is low and may need to be backordered.

This allows you, the customer, to decide whether you are willing to wait for your first choice that may be backordered, or choose another color or style that you can get right away.

If you choose to cancel a backordered item even after you have placed your order, this can be done by calling 1-866-411-1501 with the order number information we have forwarded to you by email.


SPECIALS & CLOSEOUTS

To serve you better, Dickies continuously fine-tunes its merchandise assortments. If you don't see a particular item you want, we may carry it later, so please check with us again. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.


BACKORDER INDICATOR FOR ONLINE ORDERING

If the specific size you are looking for has a Backorder indicator beside it, you can still order these sizes, however there may be a delivery delay beyond the normal shipping time (up to 30 days for Backordered items). If you are ordering a Clearance Item and it shows Backordered please understand that this item is No Longer Available. CLEARANCE ITEMS are subject to prior sale, and cannot be backordered.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Dickies® garments have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Since 1922, Dickies quality has been built into every product. We will gladly replace a Dickies® garment or refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please feel free to call our special customer service line with any comments at 1-800-DICKIES.

For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.

Dickies is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.

For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.

Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned. A new order is entered for the new item requested, your credit card is authorized and then charged when the new order ships. Your credit card will be charged for standard shipping when your new order ships. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for returns to be processed.

We are not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility
Any order may be delayed pending credit card verification and authorization. In that event, Williamson-Dickie will not be responsible for any expedited freight charges.

Your credit card will be credited once we receive your goods. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent back to you.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, call Customer Service immediately so that we may assist you in covering the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), call Customer Service for help in exchanging the item.


DISCOUNTS

From time to time Dickies offers discounts on merchandise. Discounts are nontransferable. The discount offer is not valid for price adjustments on prior purchases or in conjunction with other percent-off offers. The discount offer is also not valid on purchases of gift cards. Discounts exclude shipping and sales tax.


PROMOTIONS

All promotions start and end according to Central Standard Time.

This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.


SECURITY

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

TAX INFORMATION

We must charge sales tax in all states where sales tax applies, unless you provide a valid sales tax exemption certificate before you place your order. You must call a Customer Service representative at 1-800-DICKIES after faxing your certificate, to place a tax exempt order.
