To view the status of your order simply sign in to your account. If you are already signed in go to Order History and click on the order number for shipment(s) detail. If you wish to track a shipment that is en route, click on "Track Your Shipment" link underneath the tracking number.
As a reminder, if you created your order as a Guest you will not be able to track your package through Dickies.com.

The total delivery time for an order is the period of time from when you place your order online until the time you receive it, including processing time plus shipping time. For more details regarding shipping options, see "Shipping Information" below. Please note that because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for multiple items. Additional shipping charges will not occur. If you have questions about items missing from your order, please contact one of our Customer Service Associates for assistance. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays.
Dickies offers standard, two day and three business day delivery via UPS. We also offer delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses through the US Postal Service. Any shipments to P.O. boxes must also ship via US Postal Service. Expedited service is not available for APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, Williamson Dickie will not be responsible for expedited freight charges.
Promotional Shipping Offers are limited to standard ground shipping to a single address within the Continental United States.
Whenever you have multiple items in your order, we try to include them in the same shipment. However, because we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately. If your order total included a shipping charge, you are charged once regardless of the origin of your shipment or number of packages shipped.

Customer Service can assist you with garment inquiries and order information. Hours of operation are 7 days a week (except national holidays),8:00 am to 8:00 pm Central Time. When calling Dickies about an order, please have your customer number and order number available. These were emailed to you following your order.
If you are emailing Dickies about an order, please remember to include your customer number and order number in your message.
If you are inquiring about the status of a shipment, please refer to the email we sent to you that includes a tracking number. Please note that tracking status is not available for US Postal Service shipments.
After you click Submit on the "Secure Checkout" page, your order begins processing immediately and it cannot be canceled or changed. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel or change, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you pay by credit or ATM/debit/check card, the payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order and your account is actually charged when your order ships. The authorization will hold funds until released by your financial institution.

Dickies is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.
Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned.

The Dickies® Footwear Warranty
All DickiesŪ Footwear Products have a 1-Year, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.
If the boots were purchased directly from Dickies.com: Please use the form enclosed with your order to return the product. If you have this form, there is no need to call for a return authorization number. If you do not have this paperwork, please call 1-800-DICKIES to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that Dickies Footwear is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item. It is advised that you send the shipment via a company with tracking capabilities (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)
If the boots were purchased from a dealer: All returns must be accompanied by a dated receipt and returned through the authorized dealer where they were originally purchased. If you find a problem with a pair of Dickies Brand shoes or boots, just return them to the store where they were purchased. Please do NOT send your boots back directly. Without a return authorization number, we are unable to accept return packages. Any authorized dealer can provide a return authorization number which allows us to track the product shipment and problem with that particular shoe or boot.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, call Customer Service immediately so that we may assist you in covering the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), call Customer Service for help in exchanging the item.
From time to time Dickies offers discounts on merchandise. Discounts are nontransferable. The discount offer is not valid for price adjustments on prior purchases or in conjunction with other percent-off offers. The discount offer is also not valid on purchases of gift cards. Discounts exclude shipping and sales tax.
All promotions start and end according to Central Standard Time.
