FLEX Regular Fit Straight Leg Tough Max™ Duck Carpenter Pants is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 74.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible "skinny jeans" fit. Hot and terrible. I use Dickies carpenter pants exclusively for work, tree stump grinding. I received a gift card for Dickies store, and bought theses sight unseen. These may be half the thickness of regular carpenter pants, but they are three times as hot. It's like wearing ziplock pants. The fit is atrocious. The waist, crotch and pockets are very bulky. The legs taper down from below the pocket bottoms. These are not built for men.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cut different than Dickies traditional duck jean Review boxes that start off with positive examples are leading. Influencing responses lowers the quality of user's responses making them of less value to you. I've worn relaxed fit duck jeans for years. Strangely, these "regular fit" cut jeans are bigger in the waist and about the same through the thigh. I could have ordered a waist size down had I known. I am skeptical of fabrics that are not 100% cotton, an am pleased to find these very comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty solid buy for the $ Bought three pair to get me through winter in a job change where I now work outside. I do not like jeans and wanted something a little more durable and not stiff because I don’t like bunched up drawers. Overall these meet my expectations, and look much better than the model picture. Big enough fan of the style and function that I ordered a couple more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These pants are weak. 36 is falling off my waist without a belt. Which is fine. I wear a belt every day. Bought 3 pairs. 1st time wearing the second pair I crouched down and the inner leg seam blew out. Being that these pants are "flex" and not made Of 100% cotton, I think they can't even be repaired. The material just shredded apart. Not even the stiching.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Carpenter Pant Got a pair of these six months ago and they have been great. They are very comfortable, they fit perfectly - they don't drop down when I bent over. The material is very strong and does not easily rip when I come across rough edges. I have used them and washed many times and they still look good, hence they are long lasting. I like all the pockets that I can keep all my tools in them and have them easily accessible while I am working. A++++

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new go to pants These work pants are great. I'm a farmer with a very wide range of daily work. I am a guy on the skinnier side with a "climbers build". 165, 32"waist, 6'. All other work pants are huge on me with way too much material so I constantly have to move it out of the way. These pants fit my build great! They're comfortable and durable and will for sure be my go to work pant. If you're a guy on the bigger side, I would probably look elsewhere or at least go try them on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good work pants This pant was a bit snug in the thighs, but not skin tight. More of a modern fit, which I like. The flex material also gives a bit of room if needed. Definitely not as heavy of a material as the original duck pants, and therefore not as durable. This is the only down side. Still stronger than bluejeans, however, so great for construction jobs. As with any duck pant, these are not very breathable and get a bit hot on warmer days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants Super comfy I ordered 32x32 and the The waist is more like a 33 but with a belt they’re fine. It’s funny because I tried on 32x32 jeans in store regular fit and they were snug but fit perfectly. I’m wondering if I got a fluke size mistake or if the new flex model carpenter is just cut bigger in waist than old jean model. So far durable. If it had a gusseted crotch it’d be the best pant out there.
