Awful neck, terrible fabric
I bought this to use it as my job uniform, but these are just impossible to wear, the neck has some sort of cardboard very upsetting, the fabric is too rough, I did not wear it more than twice

I needed polos for work. These are more expensive than the regular coton polos but are well worth the price difference. They have two pen holders on the left sleeve that fit any standard pen. Under the arm pits the fabric is more like jersey material and really allows for excess moisture to vent. The collars are somewhat stiff so they maintain their shape. I am 5’8” and bought the smalls. I really like that the fabric in the back is a little longer so when I raise my arms the shirt still covers my low back.

Ran small
While I thought this shirt was good quality, It was much too small for a 2X. I usually wear a 2X and sometimes a 1X, but this 2X was too tight. I was quite disappointed. My son, who usually wears a 2X in men's shirts, wears a XL in a Dickies men's workshirt. Why do the men's shirts run true to size, or big, and the women's run small?

Love the new tactical products!
Really like this shirt, I tried the womens XL and mens M as sometimes tactical shirts are cut different. I am exchanging the XL for a L and am pleased with the cut of the shirt and feel of the fabric. More colors please! royal blue would be a nice addition. These are a bit pricey but hopefully will last a long time.
