How to Contact Customer Service (1-866-411-1501 or customerservice@dickies.com ):

Customer service can assist you with garment inquiries and order information. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm Central Time. When calling Dickies about an order, please have your customer number and order number available. These were emailed to you following your order.

If you are emailing Dickies about an order, please remember to include your customer number and order number in your message.

If you are inquiring about the status of a shipment, please refer to the email we sent to you that includes a tracking number. Please note that tracking status is not available for US Postal Service shipments.

How to Shop:

Choose a Category:
(e.g. Men, Women, SchoolWear, etc.) by clicking on one of the Category images.

(e.g. Pants, Shirts, etc.) from the second line of the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Choose a specific item:
(e.g. Poplin pants, 874 Traditional) either by clicking on the product image or on the Product page the link on the right hand side of the page.

Choose sizes and quantities:
for any of the listed colors. You may enter multiple selections (for different colors) at one time.

Adding items and checking out:
When you are finished your selections, click on the add to cart button. Once you have made your final selections, you may click on the checkout button to proceed to the checkout stage.

Registration:
If you are a first time visitor, please enter your email address and choose a password. We also request that you supply a hint for your password that we can provide to you if you forget your password. Please choose a password and hint that is easy to remember but only you will know. For example you could use your mother's maiden name for the password and use "mother's maiden name" for the hint.

Passwords:
If you have purchased on Dickies.com before, you will have already chosen a password. Please enter your email and the password you had previously chosen. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "forgot my password" and we will provide the hint that you had chosen. If your hint doesn't help you remember your password, click on the "email me my password" and we will send you your password by email.

If you have received a Promotion / Key Code from us, you may click on the link shown here to enter it.
Note: On the Promotion / Key Code page, some of our codes are case sensitive.

Billing & Shipping info:
Please enter (or check over) your billing and shipping information. Please note, the address and zip code for your billing address must match the address and zip code used for your credit card statements.

Order Review:
Please review your order and if it is correct please enter your credit card or debit card information in the space provided. Please ensure you enter the correct expiry date.

Payment info:
Once you have reviewed your order and entered your payment information, click on complete purchase. At this point we will confirm and authorize, but not charge, your credit card. Your credit card will only be charged at the time Dickies ships your items.

Confirmation:
You will receive an email, usually within 10 minutes, that will provide your order confirmation and order details. You will also receive an email when your item is shipped.

 

6 pair limit:

If you would like to order more than 6 of one specific item, such as for a workplace or for a sports team, please contact 1-866-411-1501 and speak with a customer service representative.

Inventory Status Messages:

Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing believes that it is important to let you know in advance when there may be low inventory or backorders for items you wish to order. For every size of every garment, we indicate if the item has to be backordered or if inventory is low and may need to be backordered.

This allows you, the customer, to decide whether you are willing to wait for your first choice that may be backordered, or choose another color or style that you can get right away.

If you choose to cancel a backordered item even after you have placed your order, this can be done by calling 1-866-411-1501 with the order number information we have forwarded to you by email.

Returns & Exchanges:

Dickies has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dickies garment we will replace the item or refund your payment

  • Please include your original order number (the 7 digit number)
  • Please provide instructions (e.g. are you returning this item for a refund or exchange?)
  • If you are exchanging an item, please provide details regarding the items you would like (Style number, color, size, quantity)

Your credit card will be credited once we receive your goods. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent back to you.

Shipping info:

Dickies offers standard, two day and three business day delivery. We also offer delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses through the US Postal Service. Any shipments to P.O. boxes must also ship via US Postal Service. Expedited service is not available for APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent by 3 day delivery.

Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, Williamson Dickie will not be responsible for expedited freight charges.

Dickies provides the following shipping options to choose from:

Standard Shipping (up to 8 days): $5
3 Business Day Shipping: $10
2 Business Day Shipping: $20
APO/FPO Shipping: $5
PO Box Shipments: $5
Alaska/Hawaii: $15

Security:

Dickies.com utilizes industry standard security measures to protect both your personal and credit card information. You will notice that once you reach our registration page, a "lock" symbol appears at the bottom of your page and the page URL is preceded by https:// instead of http://. This indicates that any further communication with Dickies.com is protected by SSL encryption.

Credit Card information is further protected by our Credit Card processor to ensure that your credit card information remains secure.

Personal Privacy:

Any personal information collected by Dickies is used only for the processing of your order.  The information is not shared with, or sold to, any third parties - ever.

At this time Dickies will only send you emails with information about your order (confirmation and shipping) and occasional promotional emails if you agreed to have these sent to you. If you receive any promotional emails from third parties that purport to be a result of Dickies sharing customer information, please report it to customerservice@dickies.com as this is not true and we will take legal action against any company making these allegations.

Tax Information:

Sales tax is added to all orders delivered in AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY based on the appropriate rate of sales tax in each state.
