Worst work short ever
The worst pair of work shorts I’ve ever purchased! I worn Dickies work shorts and pants for a couple of decades until now. The previous iteration was great! The new IQ Cool shorts are terrible! The waist band is the only “flex” part of the shorts. It’s so loose it doesn’t touch and just flops over even with a belt. They also changed from a traditional button to the dumb clasp. The hips and crotch area have this weird seem or pattern the make them feel like they’re constantly riding up. The pockets have been made smaller so they’re useless at best. Also the inseem is a good 2” longer than any previous 11” short I’ve owned. I even tried a different size just to see if it was any different in the hips/crotch to no avail. I just wish they’d bring back the old style that everyone loved. Until then I will be purchasing from somewhere else.

Trash! Not The Same As Cotton Version
These do not fit the same as the older version. These do not flex like the cotton version did. Very disappointed with these. Honestly whoever made the decision to get rid of the cotton version should be fired.

Very comfortable and durable
The clasp/button waist attachment is a clasp style that is very sleek and convenient in my opinion. The belt hoops are sturdy for a leather belt that I use. The waist band is much cooler than the other flex fit types I have purchased. I use these shorts for work, but they are so comfortable that wear them for off work purposes well. They have a clean cut, good look, and are very durable. I was satisfied with this product and purchased additional pairs.

Not great
Very weak, thin shirts. Don’t fit well compared to other brands of the same measurements. Cheaply made will not be buying from dickies again. Terrible quality.
