Short lived.
Loved this backpack at first but after only 3 months of use the zippers have both warped and it is a pain to close. Its also a little small for a school bag. The side pockets which should hold a water bottle both ripped in the first month.
My son used this bag for school. If you are looking for something that can hold up, this is not your bag.

Good Product
Overall, the bag is great and was exactly what I was looking for. The board straps hold well and the shoulder straps are very comfortable. The only problem i’ve had is with the zipper getting caught on the teeth often. Perhaps smaller teeth could be used? I also would have enjoyed more pockets and sub-pockets, but thats just me.
