A bag that'll hold everything you want
I have to say that this bag constantly keeps surprising me. I love that it not only has several common pockets - but a major selling point was a 'hidden' pocket on the backside where I usually put my wallet and keys in. There's also a good-sized zippered pocket inside the main compartment - great if you're looking to maybe keep something like a makeup that would spill out into the bottom of the bag or change. There's a strap on the back that I think is to hold the handles down when you wear it as a backpack - but I guess you can things off of it.
I think it's pretty comfortable, the adjustable straps do their job well.
If you're looking at this for a possible laptop bag - I have a small 13" inch laptop - and it's pretty thin. You won't be able to fit anything bigger than that in the bag and zip it. Perfect for iPads/Tablets.
I normally wear this as a backpack and from time to time I'll carry it as a bag. The one I have has leather handles, which I love. I had a friend look at me and say BRUH, THAT'S A DIAPER BAG. So if you're looking for a more than capable diaper bag that'll maybe turn into an everyday bag, this'll work great.
I had a few Spencer's Gifts gift cards to burn and I picked this bag up in an exclusive style at the store. It has pink and red flowers (roses, carnations?) on it. It might be a little girly for some but I think it's kind of punk.
Bottom line: Looking for a smaller bag that'll fit most everything in your life? Look no further.

Great convertible backpack!
I really like all the features on this backpack: the exterior pockets and the straps. It's a perfect overall size for me (I'm petite). I would say there are two minor flaws: the black inside makes it hard to find stuff (a lighter lining would be nice) and the sturdy zipper hardware is nice but noisy (I wrapped them with reflective thread).

Good tote not best backpack
I love the backpack and tote handles but for some reason the shoulder straps feel small and if you use as a tote the stings are too long and you drag them

SO CONVENIENT
I don’t understand why this has bad reviews. It’s compact and is the perfect thing to use when you want a backpack without having to lug around something big. It has so many compartments that fit everything i need. Definitely a great buy to be honest

Not built to last- not even a month.
I had this for 3 weeks and boom the bottom part where the strap attaches started tearing and the strap ripped off. My friend also got one and hers also started ripping around the same time. I wasn’t carrying anything heavy in it so I assume it’s just poor construction. It’s hard to give it a low rating because I love this backpack but I can’t ignore that it’s useless now.

very bad but also good
within one day, the strap broke and i don’t know what to do to fix it. please don’t disregard my review because it’s all lowercase i just have no energy to make this grammatically correct because this bag sucks so much quality wise. however, the bag is a perfect size and the pockets are really good for holding stuff as they should be. there’s a zipper pocket, laptop pocket, and two interior pouches too that i wasn’t expecting. BUT THE STRAP BROKE. IN ONE DAY. not super excited about that. i’ve never written a review but i saw this pop up in my email and i thought i’d warm everyone. kinda cool i guess

Perfect Travel Backpack
Got this backpack for my first year of college and it works perfectly. It has a slot for a computer and has room for about textbooks and some notebooks. Highly recommend!
