These DuraTech Ranger Relaxed Fit Duck Shorts, 11" are engineered with ultra-durable duck fabric, and then finished with water-repellent technology to protect you throughout your workday. These shorts sit slightly below the waist. The shorts' 11" length goes to just above the knee, providing full coverage. The DuraTech FLEX fabric increases both durability and mobility. These shorts have tons of functional storage (think cargo pockets and a cell phone pocket). And the built-in Active Waist flexibility at the waistband helps you stay on the move.

Best work shorts!
The absolute best and most comfortable shorts I’ve ever worn. Worth every penny. Deep pockets, handy cell phone pocket, lightweight and comfortable. I’ve worn them for three years now and they hold up, and I’m rough on my work clothes. They’re loose fitting enough to allow movement but not baggy like some kids shorts, and the pockets are useful, unlike pants and shorts that the “big C” makes that have 20 pockets that nothing will fit in and fit like you’re supposed to be a 20 year old kid. Both the Duratech shorts and pants are the best.

Giving them away
These shorts are made of that terrible Flex fabric that doesn't breathe. Dickies does not disclose that on the webpage, and it was only after I'd washed them that I saw the logo on the waistband and groaned. The fabric is difficult to sew and thus, the clothes made from it tend to be misshapen and feel awkward on the body. These shorts are no exception. Worse is that the fabric does not breathe, so it feels like you're wearing a garbage bag diaper. The words "suffocating" and "sweltering" came to mind when I put them on. I'll be giving them to Goodwill. Dickies, please disclose when you're using these awful fabrics so I can be sure to avoid them. This was money flushed.

Great comfortable shorts
Was looking for a good tough but comfortable shorts with a dedicated cell phone pocket - these match those needs while adding very useful pockets. Well made. Light yet tough. Good choice of colors. Bought on line getting great quick delivery. Highly recommend!

Little long but I'm a short guy 5'06 200lbs. Stocky build. Little tight around the waist for me at 36in but need to loose a few pounds anyway. Good quality shorts.

Best Shorts Ever
Best shorts I’ve ever bought, for the sale price. Tough, but comfortable. Breathable, but sturdy. I’d definitely recommend these to anyone who is active or works any type of job. They feel good and they fit real well.

Quality is lacking
Well, if we are being honest, not too happy. We paid full price, 50 each. Spent over an hour cutting strings off the 5 pair's. Some of the stitching is crooked and overall feel quality us definitely slacking. Material feels cheaper.
Day after we paid full price, we were sent all shorts 30%off.
Please keep the Dickie quality.

Fits well
Improvements: more colors!.. blue and green would be nice, cargo flaps that tuck inside the pocket, and 7 belt loops instead of 5 to keep your leatherman from sliding forward or back on your waist belt.
