Bring back the old dickies!!!!
I am a carpenter- these pants used to be perfect, but my most recent order is drastically different than the pants I’ve bought from dickies before. The previous duck carpenter pants did not have “flex” in the title and these new ones are a lower quality material that fits poorly. Please bring back the old duck fabric- I rely on these pants and don’t know where else to get pants that fit as well for the work I do as the old dickies!!!

Carpenter pants
Material is pretty thick and they're kind of baggie in weird places, specifically the crotch region

Flaws
I see a lot of flaws - one being the dickies patch in pocket is upside down!

Too big
I used the size chart and the pant that arrived was a size too big. I didn't want to futz with an exchange, so I returned. Too bad, as the pant and color both looked good.

Would not recommend.
I seriously did not like these pants. I really wanted to. I need a pair of black casual pants that are easy to move in. I prefer more of a loose (not baggy) fitting leg. The cargo pants I previously purchased are perfect, however, they didn't come in black, they come in like a bleached black, and I need to have black black. I think these pants run small, the legs were baggy, but the waist and butt area were way too tight to feel comfortable. The biggest draw back is the material. I feel like I'm wearing a painters tarp after paint has been spilled and dried. They don't move well, they're very very stiff. Now maybe they'd feel different after they're washed and if they at least fit, I might have been willing to give it a try. If I go up a size to have the waist and butt fits, the legs will be even larger and the legs were already super large. They're a great idea and appear to be quality made, but not nearly as good as the cargo pants they have.

I sized up two and can’t get these on comfortably. So I’ll fitting I want to burn them, and pretend they don’t exist

Very comfortable
Comfortable, nice fit, waist is not tight. I gave this 4 stars only because I had to have them shortened. Why can't women's pants come in lengths like mens? I am 5'8 so they are plenty long for long legged women
