These high-waisted Women’s Carpenter Shorts, 3" are crafted with authentic carpenter details, including a side hammer loop, reinforced stitching, belt loops, dual utility pockets, and a watch pocket. Built for durability and comfort, these high rise shorts feature contrast stitching along the pockets and hems and stay true to Dickies workwear style. Ridiculous sizing
I was so excited about these shorts however, the sizing is STUPID and was NOT helpful AT ALL!!!!!!! I got them on clearance so stuck with super huge shorts. I ordered a 26 because I do like shorts to fit closer to my hips however, these look ridiculous on me. Had I been better informed, I would have gone with a 24. Do better and fix your dumb sizing chart so it actually references actual sizes you offer.

Runs 1-2 sizes large
Rating only 3 stars because I bought the Deep Lake blue color on clearance, and they are huge, so I can't actually wear them
nor can I return or exchange them for a smaller size. I tried using the size guide, but it's not helpful since it lists measurements
for sizes as S/M/L, etc, and that's not how you order sizes. My natural waist measures 30, I took a chance a got a 29, and it's
still 1, maybe even 2sizes too big. So it was a total waste of money. It's also too bad, because the color is beautiful, and the
length seemed perfect, overall they seem like well-made shorts. But the sizing is an issue, and being unable to return or exchange
for something as basic as fit is frustrating.

Great shorts but the sizing makes no sense
Sizing is incredibly inconsistent. I am for sure a size 27. I ordered these in size 25 and 26 and both are too big.

Cute but size up
Super glad I got these 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear in Dickies, they are a little big now so maybe you only need to size up once. Super cute purple candy color that I adore!

Great Comfy Work Shorts
Great everyday summer shorts for work and errands. Nice length - short but not TOO short. Material does not stretch much so I’d order true to size. (For reference, I am 5’9” around 150 lb (usually an 8/10 in pants and the size 30 fits perfectly with a belt). The material is lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap, and the white stitching is really cute (I have them in green but might get another pair bc I’ve been wearing them to work every day.) Perfect if you want something a little nicer than cut offs to wear around.
