Re-released from the archives, the waxcloth chore coat is crafted with authentic details made to work. Antique brass hardware, heritage workwear labels, functional pockets, and corduroy at the collar, interior cuffs, and hem are a testament to our quality craftsmanship. The jacket is updated with a modern fit, brushed flannel blanket lining, and rugged utility features. Its durable duck canvas is finished with a waxed coating that repels water to provide protection from the elements. The waxed coating develops a unique patina as it ages and breaks in for comfort you can count on as you head outdoors for work—or adventure.

Nice materials, but sleeves made it unwearable.
Sleeves are way too tight. The XL fit the rest of my body fine, but even with just a button down dress shirt on, I could barely fit my arms into the sleeves, and it's not like I'm some big muscle-bound person. I think there's a serious issue with either the design or the manufacturing. I had to return it, as it was unwearable.

Love coat but sleeves are really narrow
I can’t bend my arms without a lot of constriction
rest of fit is fine…. pretty bummed out actually
I was looking forward to it…. don’t know if it’s unique
to this particular coat: but I would go to store and try on

Just what the weather calls for!
This chore coat is great. It’s light enough for crispy days, yet heavy enough for the brisk ones. I’ve yet to wear it in heavy rain, but I know it will stand up nicely. Can’t wait to put it on today. It’s wet and chilly out.

Tow operator with waxed chore coat
Love this waxed chore coat. Keeps me dry and warm. Am 5 ft 10 140 wearing a medium got plenty of room for under layers come winter time.

Too big around the midsection
The jacket is nice and comfortable but way too big. I have big shoulders and so I ordered XXL which is what I usually wear. The shoulders fit fine but the midsection is just too roomy. When I say roomy, I mean it’s gigantic. I will be retuning the jacket.
