Great product, terrible delivery

"Very comfortable, but you should drop FedEx as your delivery service. They always delivery after the promised delivery date. This time they said that delivery was going to be on a Thursday, but it didn't show up until Tuesday (5 days later). That would have been frustrating, but still okay. However, there was zero communication at all from them at any point."
