Runs Really Small!
At 5'3, it runs really, really tight in the bust area like other reviews said, as well as the shoulders. Good quality material, just upset I had to return it. Recommend going up two sizes!

Work shirt Jr’s fit
It runs small in the bust ( even for a Jr’s size) But I’m keeping it because the fit is perfect. It just doesn’t look good buttoned all the way up because of my chest.

M does not fit petite woman
It's a really cute shirt! But at 5'2" and 120 lbs, it does not fit me, too tight/small over the bust. I had to return it, sadly.
