With a nod to my Grandpa : )
I grew up with my Grandpa wearing a Dickies work uniform every single day. He had the work shirt and pants in multiple colors. This was his go-to everyday wear. This made me so happy to grab a couple shirts for myself. I love how they fit! I am a 5'3 gal around 125-130 pounds with a small chest. This shirt in size small fits me perfectly! I am also curvy in the hips and butt, I can button this all the way down around hips without it getting too tight. Very happy with this purchase and will enjoy these durable shirts for many years to come!

Tight shoulders
I love the heavier work material and wrinkle resistant. Also like the tapered waist. It's too small in the shoulders and cuts into my arm pits. If I go up a size, the whole shirt is too big.

I like this shirt for the most part. It’s more structured than drapey which gives it a crisp look. I’m about 125 lbs, 5’5, 36c/b and I got a size small. It’s not fitted- it’s actually little bit big on my torso-like it’s wider than I want- but the shoulders are in the right place so I don’t think I should size down. The chest would probably gape if I sized down but it doesn’t now so I’m keeping this one. I may try an xsmall next time since dickies is pretty easy with returns. I got the green and I love the color. I’d recommend this shirt it seems sturdy and washes well.

Small fit good size,5’2 120lb ,Comfortable and Casual well dress with fashion.Steam for the fold wrinkles to straighten out or put it in dryer for few minutes to get rid of the fold wrinkles and you good to go.
