PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM

Eligibility Requirements/Qualifications/Terms for Dickies’s Pro Purchase Program:

Thank you for your interest in the Dickies Pro Purchase Program (the "Program"). Listed below are the categories of industry professionals Dickies supports in our Program. We offer this Program as an incentive for you to use our products and to pass your experiences with Dickies on to the public. While we always love to help you get properly outfitted, we ask that you abide by the rules governing the Program. Purchases made for anyone other than approved users will result in immediate dismissal from the Program. (This dismissal may cause an overwhelming feeling of sadness and discomfort.) By completing the application you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the responsibilities outlined in our terms and conditions below.


Please read all of the information below before applying for the Program including the Dickies.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. To be approved, you must take all of the required steps and provide the required documentation via email to propurchase@Dickies.com.

RETAIL STORE EMPLOYEE
Individual pro purchase accounts are available to store employees currently working for an authorized retailer that sells Dickies products in the USA. To qualify, provide a Dickies account number, and a business card or current paycheck stub (please black out all sensitive information, including pay and social security number).


WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
Please remember to send in the proper documentation to support your application in a timely manner. If you have a question about your application, feel free to email propurchase@Dickies.com.


WHAT COULD KEEP AN APPLICATION FROM BEING APPROVED:
1. Please submit required documentation. If we do not receive the proper credentials to support your application, you will not be approved.

2. Remember to use your business email if applicable.

3. REI Employees must access the system through Snaplink.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT DICKIES’S PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM:
1. Individual pro purchase accounts expire after one year of being approved. After that year you must submit a request for renewal to propurchase@Dickies.com with updated credentials.

2. If you do not hear back within a week of applying, please contact propurchase@dickies.com.

3. Individual pro purchase accounts are for you and you alone.  Please do not make purchases for anyone other than yourself.  Abuse of the Program will result in disqualification.

4. Your individual pro purchase account privileges need to be renewed annually.

5. Dickies reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing   this Program at any time at our discretion.

6. By completing the Dickies Pro Program Application Form, you are opting into all marketing communications from Dickies. You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, however doing so will result in the termination of your individual pro purchase account.

For California Customers – Notice of Financial Incentive

The Pro Purchase Program terms are described in these terms.  To summarize: all Pro members must (1) create an account on our website; (2) show proof of being a member in a qualifying affiliation; (3) be opted into marketing communications; (4) only use the benefits on self-purchased only; and (5) renew account annually.  

The categories of personal information collected to participate in the program are: first and last name; email address; mailing address; gender; qualifying affiliation and proof of eligibility (e.g., paystub).

The value of the consumer’s data collected in connection with the program that forms the basis for offering this program is $33.23 per pro annually.

Opt-in: By completing the application available at https://www.Dickies.com/pro-sign-up.html.  Submit required credentials to propurchase@Dickies.com. Please add “Pro Application” in the subject line, include supporting documents, as well as the above information.

Opt-out: You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, however doing so will result in the termination of your individual pro purchase account.

We administer the program in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). 

•    The value of the program to the consumer is reasonably related to the value provided to the business by the consumer’s data.  
•    To estimate the value of the consumer’s data, we measured the revenue generated by the business related to the program divided by the number program participants.
