"Yes, it came on time, I was however surprised by the size, On me a 4xl is a little loose, This one you Sent was a bit on the snug side. It fits but I have to watch out what I wear under it. A very heavy shirt would make it impossible to close. I have ordered from different places and they all fit nicely and looser so I can put layers under it."
