Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your Dickies order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Alternately, if you ordered while signed in with an account you can find the shipment and tracking information in your order history.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders because once we place them they are immediately in our fulfillment process. Once you get your order and if you still don’t need it please visit our returns policy.

Shipping & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay (with eligible device), PayPal and Klarna*.

*CA resident loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license.

How long does it take me to get my order?

Please allow 3 business days for processing and you will get a shipping confirmation before it leaves our warehouse. Ground shipping is an additional 4-7 days unless you opted to upgrade to 2 or 3 day shipping.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer ground shipping (4-7 day), 3 day air, or 2nd day air. Please allow for three days of processing. See our Shipping Methods & Delivery page for more details.
