Best hat I've ever owned.
The best hat I have ever owned. I have Desert Khaki, Charcoal and Grey, which I use to match with my dickies shorts of the same color. If dickies keeps making this hat, I will keep buying them.
My only complaint is that black is no longer available and that there aren't more color options. Would love to see Red, White and Heather Grey color options.
Please don't ever stop making these hats!

Cool hats, how about that?
These hats are good-looking and durable. The charcoal, navy, and khaki colors all look very nice. The headband is a little rough-feeling at first but seemed to soften up after wearing it a bit. The velcro adjustment is strong and I like it better than snap or strap adjustment style hats. It would be really cool if these were available in the same colors as the 874 work pants and work shirts.

Great hat for big heads
The ONLY hat like this I've ever found that fits my big head without looking like a child's cap. There is a mesh back version as well. Look for the structured versions. Great hats. I bought all colors. Will never switch.

Too Small
This hat should be for young boys, the adjustable strap wasn't the problem, the hat was not deep at all. I have a few Dickes hats but was not happy with this one.
