Super soft and stretchy!
I am 5'2, and I had to cuff the jeans, though everywhere else fits me well. The waist isn't the typical high-rise; they kind of fall down in the back when you squat. Belt recommended! Fabric is a not a thin denim, but I cannot emphasize enough how stretchy and soft these are! I feel like I could do a workout in them.

Disappointing Fabric
These are the second pair of this style I've purchased. The first pair was made of great fabric - slight stretch but not enough to turn baggy after a couple hours' wear. The second pair just purchased is made with cheaper fabric that will get baggy, they do not have the reinforced knees that my older version has, and is made with gold thread not dark blue as pictured. Don't really care about the thread color but thinner, cheap fabric that won't hold shape is a complete no-go.

Woman's carpenter jeans
My favorite work pants. I have tried several different brands, but Dickies are the best fitting. I'm 5'7 and all the other brands are too low waisted. I'm on a job site wearing a tool belt, and I don't want anyone to think I'm a plumber ;) These have enough stretch to make crouching and crawling around easy and the pockets are durable and practical.

Not for short women
5'2 165lbs. Ordered Size 10 It saddens me that Dickies only creates women's jeans in 1 length. As if women do not come in different heights like men do. I followed the size guide, took all my measurements and the pants fit everywhere but the length. Way too long. Dickies only offers 1 length option for women for all jeans- regular. I guess I will not be buying from them ever again since they make only jeans for tall women.

Love my Dickies
I am 70 years old and have lived in blue jeans ever since I was a kid. I choose to wear real work jeans rather than fashion jeans and I prefer 100% cotton. I have found for the last few years that Dickies are simply the best for style, fit and longevity as well as price. I know if I order 4 Reg the jeans will fit me perfectly. I would have preferred the choice of 100% cotton for this style, but the lighter weight and comfort are appreciated.

Love my Dickies! However, they run big. And I wish you had more than one inseam to choose from besides 32". I wear a size 6 and am 5'5".

Love these pants for work...
OK. First, I love these pants for work. I work construction a couple days a week (volunteer) restoring an old Julia Morgan house...so I needed some pants for this work. Upon reading the reviews, everyone said to go down a size...so I did. I ordered a size 2...Received them, and they fit, just a little tighter than I wanted...sent them back for a 4...4 fit well....and then I wore them all day at work..they stretched out so that I either need to wear a belt or keep pulling them up. Wish I would have kept the 2, but will probably buy another pair in a 2 and keep wearing the 4, as well. I love all the pockets, and loops to hang rags, tools, etc...They launder beautifully and dry quickly. Great pair of pants...just go down a size...

Great fabric, one length option
I’m glad that I read the reviews and ordered one size smaller than I normally would wear- my regular size would have been way too large. The size down isn’t snug by any means. The fabric has a nice soft hand and doesn’t bind anywhere- love the cut. I desperately needed to replace work pants and wanted to believe I’d found the perfect ones, but the inseam is 34”- for the lucky taller women out there this might be fine, but I need a couple of inches taken off and sewing isn’t my thing. I have long legs (or I thought that I did)! for someone who is 5’5”. 2 of the 3 pair went back and I’m hoping that the length might shrink on the 3rd pair after a few rounds of washing and drying as my husband suggested.
