Great Jacket But Took Too Long To Ship
I bought a work jacket which Dickies calls a Duck Hooded Shirt Jacket. I was satisfied with the product as I had owned one previously so I knew what to expect. The reason I give four stars rather than five is that it was difficult to know what happend to my order for several days after I ordered it. Although I had created a web account I had to specify my order number every time to check on the order. It could not match my email address with the order I had already placed. And, it took several days for the jacket to be shipped.

orders canceled.
Even though the website said this product was in stock, my order was canceled. I tried to re-order a few days later and even though the website still said available AND money was taken out of my account for this purchase, my order was again canceled. I cannot count on this website.

Order canceled but still in stock!
Bought as a Christmas gift, didn't fit and they wouldn't let me exchange it. So I mailed it back and bought the next size up, only to have my order canceled with no explanation. Reading the reviews, I see this happened to a lot of people! So ridiculous. I will never buy from Dickies again

I rate Dickies at a 0! I never received the jacket or my refund and your employee told me it's up to the bank to dispute the charge! Just give me my money back! It's that simple! It's your doing, NOT my banks!! 🤬

Jacket as been working great for a few months
I've had the jacket out in -10C weather so far and it has kept me warm with just a tshirt underneath. I've liked having the hood for when I haven't taken a hat on a quick trip or with the wind really picks up.
Reasonably water resistant - I've been out in the rain a fair bit and it usually takes a couple of hours before it soaks through. Has not had any damage from tumbling dry on low.
I push through a lot of bush and after a few months of that the jacket doesn't have any visible damage.

Terrible Stitching
I’ve owned three of these coats and each time my wife has had to restitch the sides going from the underarm to the waist. They break stitching within days. I don’t know what they’re using for these coats, but the stitching is horrendous. They’re comfortable, they’re warm until they get a massive hole in the side.
