Garbage Customer Service
Buyer beware! After reading reviews about sizing, I ordered a 34" waist to see if it would work (I'm usually a 32"). They're too big, and so I initiated a return. Surprise! Suddenly I cannot return this item because, according to a customer rep, "clearance items are non-returnable". This info is listed NOWHERE on the product page.

Sizing off/inaccurate.
The sizing is completely off on both pairs of pants I purchased, and now I’m stuck with them and can’t rerun. I’ve measure them and they’re off by two inches in the waist (too small) for this pair, and the carpenter pants are off by two inches in length (too long). I am seeing others have the same issues with these inconsistency. So, seems satisfaction is not at all “guaranteed” as sizes are not as advertised, and I cannot return. First and last time purchasing. It’s a shame that standards and quality as company ethos has sadly gone bye bye.
