FLEX Slim Fit Taper Leg Multi-Use Pocket Work Pants is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 138.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finally some nice fitting work pants! Mechanic here, I've always worn the classic style dickies for work and have always felt they were excessively baggy. Even tried the slim fit and those were, at best, marginally less baggy. These slim taper fit are slim throughout without giving up comfort, but most of all they look great, more professional in my opinion. Just the right amount of slim without looking like a mechanic hipster. 4 star rating only because the sizes seem to vary from style to style. My regular dickies fit me almost too tight at size 36 waist and the slim, as well as these slim taper (also size 36), fit as though they were a size too big. Bought 5 pairs, so I guess a belt will have to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Fit I try to buy Dickies work pants because they're the only work pants I can seem to find that offer the phone pocket on the side with anything other than bootcut fit. I carry a landline phone at work, and it fits perfectly in those pockets. I have skinny legs so bootcut pants fit me like a parachute. This is the second time I've bought Dickies work pants and had to send them back because my normal size (32-34) doesn't fit like a 32-34. The waist was more like a 30. Unfortunately, I can't just up the size to 33-34 because that size is not offered. I recommend you either don't order these pants or you up the waist size before ordering if possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only pants I'll wear to work. I've been wearing these pants for about a year now and I love them. They're very comfortable, and the fit is awesome. Working for the railroad, jeans don't really do it for me, especially in the summer. These pants wick moisture away and dry pretty quickly. The flex in these are subtle, but you can tell it's there. I have an athletic build and I like my clothes more fitted and these definitely fit well without being too restrictive. Im 5'8" 165lbs and typically wear a 32/30 but in these I wear a 33/32 so they aren't too tight around the waiste and thighs. The waist isn't as high as regular Dickies but not as low as jeans. All around solid pants. Thanks Dickies!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Saggy Bottom with Genie Pant Crotch Dickies has the best quality work wear on the market... period. I own multiply hoodie jackets for my current job, and I used to own multiply work shirts back on my old job. So what's up with the pants? I read the reviews and watched the videos, but the pants DON'T fit like they do on the models. The crotches hang half way to my knees, despite my thick, stocky build. The 1990's/early 2000's baggy look is long gone. I don't need clown pants for work. I have to look professional and approachable at my job, but I can't find a decent pair of work chino's. Dressy chino's are everywhere these days, but I have to bend and move on my job, so they don't hold up. I tried these pants on for my manager and assistant manager to see for themselves. They couldn't get over how unflattering they were, considering my build. We all laughed. Sorry to knock Dickies, because the quality is stellar, but the crotches on these pants actually hang a good three inches lower than pictured. Keep the concept for the legs, but bring the crotch up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality fit. Pros outweighs cons Bought the first pair to check the fit. Fits true to measurements. note that it means u need to measure your actual waist and inseams and purchase as such. Resists wrinkles, they come out ready to wear after a washer / dryer run. It does seem to pick up dirt and gets dirty easily. It also doesn’t hold up well in the rain. It soaks up water until it gets completely drenched. Delivery packing is also a bit sloppy. They simply put them in a shipping bag and send them, no packing on insulation or plastic bag whatsoever. Overall, these are good quality, I have purchased every color now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality for the price. These are excellent pants for the price. They are comfortable, durable, and well-made. They also adapt well for any number of situations. I can wear them with a tee-shirt or with a tie. I have held a number of jobs, and I find that they are well-suited for manual labor, office work, or getting a drink with friends at quitting time. I have four pairs and would highly recommend them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK -- for some body shapes I am still trying to find a suitable size and configuration that has the "Multi-Use Pocket" (a MUST) and that will also fit me properly. Dickies 34 inch waist is really tight - whereas other brands' 34 inch waist is perfect. OK, go a little larger. Easier said than done. 35 inch waist seems to be unavailable. 36 inch waist is baggy in the butt and thighs, and feels like it's slipping downward. Those of us size 34's with a thinnish build are stuck. I like the quality and am ecstatic to find good quality pants with the leg pocket, NOT cargo pants. Customer service has been superbly helpful, but I am still seeking the right fit. These pants are great for someone built a little heftier than me. I am giving them a qualified "Yes".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Work Pants I do a lot of pressure washing and unlike most pants these don't bleach out really easily if I get chlorine on them. Plus they're very comfortable and durable. Overall very satisfied
