Dickies' FLEX Performance Workwear Regular Fit Pants instill the confidence you need to master even the toughest tasks. The protection provided in these trousers is unyielding, with durable Cordura fabricated details found in the back and cargo pockets, knee pad pouches, and kick plates. Reflective hits give you the visibility you need to maintain personal safety while the wide reinforced belt loops ensure hardwearing support. The crotch-gusset provides freedom of movement while maintaining comfort to get you through your workday.
Fit: The fit is similar to our Dickies regular fit with a slight taper at the knee for added articulation/ease of movement when wearing knee pads. The bottom openings allows for the pants to fit over your work boots. The back rise give the coverage needed while spending more time on your knees.

Pad is on the shin, not knee, maybe designed for a reason, it's ok after practice. Does shrink a little after wash. Thick material, probably best for fall and winter. Pretty good overall.

Great pants but...
Great pants but the right knee high pocket was placed between the side of the leg and the back, so when you walk with a phone on this pocket it feels like someone tie a stick behind your knee. Really annoying and pool design flaw!
Dickies you must fix it!!
Side note, I have the flex working pants with the saddle pockets belt high and those are great! You really need to make the exact ones with either no saddle pockets or have them removable.

Do not buy.
The crotch and thigh area is way too tight. They ripped in the crotch within 2 hours at work. Definitely not worth the money.

I wear dickies for work for about 10 years now, this was my first year purchasing the FLEX style. At approximately $90 per pair i was expecting a durable work pant. After the first day some stitching came out around the knee. Im very disappointed in my purchase and i wouldn’t recommend spending the money on these pants.

Knee pockets are great. Other features not so much
Decent work pants, I really like the knee pockets for pads/cushions that protect the knees and upper shins without binding the joint or cutting off circulation like traditional knee pads. Not a big fan of the left side cargo pockets, the outer pocket is so shallow as to be nearly useless, the inner pocket isn't deep enough to hold a Kindle Fire or small tablet without the top inch sticking out so that the flap can't be closed and the slit for the two pockets are so close together that I always end up slipping by Kindle into the wrong pocket. Also, something weird going on with the stitching of the legs. When they come out of the dryer, they are bent at weird angles and are difficult to fold flat like every other pair of pants I've ever owned. The placement of the belt loops is also strange. Aside from the knee pockets which are great, I don't like them as much as the EMT Cargo pants this product replaced.
