Rooted in retro workwear styling from the Factory era of the 1940s and 1950s, the Women's Wide Leg Work Pants features archival fabrication with a modern silhouette to recapture the character of the American worker. As part of the Clean Utility Core Collection, these wide leg work pants offer straightforward styling in a stonewash for a softer hand feel. The contoured waistband ensures a flattering fit with a high rise that sits right under the navel, perfect to pair with the Relaxed Cropped Work Shirt from the same collection. Complete with a zip front and hook and eye closure, these flat front work pants provide added utility with front and back pockets. Staying true to the spirit of authentic workwear, the modern High Rise Work Pants are finished with a clean hem and Dickies traditional tricolor logo on the right back pocket.

SO SMALL
These were so small it was insane. I’m usually a 14 and wanted a looser fit and the 16 couldn’t even be buttoned. So disappointing and they don’t have bigger sizes in this style.

Runs incredibly small
These run incredibly small. I'm usually a 14/16 & I can barely get these over my hips. By the looks of this I'll likely have to order a 22W & unfortunately they don't have this exact style in their plus size options. Please make this available in extended sizes - is truly wild that you don't already.

Nice and Long
I noticed the reviews saying they ran baggie so I ordered a size 14, but they were too small. Return was very simple and ordered a 16. They fit well and they are long. I'm 5'6" and rarely find pants that are too long. These are perfect with a small heel or I may hem them. I prefer that to pants that are too short!

I was super happy with these pants. They appear to be really short or cropped on the model. I’m 5’5” and rolled up the bottoms twice, and they’re the perfect length now. I wish the website said the models size and height, for reference. I ordered my regular size and they fit slightly larger. Nothing that a belt can’t fix though. Overall, love these pants. I was so happy they didn’t come super cropped and that they weren’t mega tight in the butt.

Great fit, inaccurate color
Okay so I love the baggy fit, but if you look at the picture of the stonewashed khaki, it does not match the picture at all. The picture is clearly tan or beige, or light brown, the pant itself is khaki or light green. Not close. I really really really want a true tan, beige, light brown color way of these pants, so dickies if you read this please work on it!

If you’re short don’t buy these
I’m 5’3 and bought these pants, they were about a foot too long on me. Don’t buy them if you’re on the shorter side

Fits like a glove
Fits like a glove, perfect length!!! I’m 5’9” and I ordered a 6. These pants are awesome. Flattering and snug but not too tight. Will be ordering more colors

Not True to size!!
These pants were not true to size. I’ve gotten pants from here numerous time but for some reason this size was smaller than usual. Great design though!
