Women's Relaxed Straight Server Cargo Pants is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fit well...eventually After you get them over your hips (I have normal curves, size 10), they fit well. It's a tight squeeze to get them on - I think the zipper needs to be longer. They are VERY stiff and uncomfortable till you wash them, so I'd recommend a wash or two before wearing to soften them up a tad. I like that you can hem them. Regular pants are too short for me. I wish they had a hammer hold, although, there is a double tiny holder thing you could tip the seam at the middle and turn it into a more practical holder for tools. The other thing I don't like is that it has closures over the leg pockets. It's a pain to have to lift to get into your pockets. A bonus, though, is that it has two pockets in one on the right side. Love that I can put my cell phone in one and use the other for tools.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh These are OK pants. Fist of all it took me FOREVER to find a sizing guide, nothing about length at all listed in the guide. I ordered what it said should be my size and they are too small so they have to go back. I also need something long as I wear a 37" inseam. I was on google trying to figure out what the heck UU meant because the Dickies website was totally useless. The material is also really stiff on the pants so even if they did fit I probably still would have returned them. Not sure if washing them would soften them up...?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal For Chefs! I bought the women's straight leg cargos in black in size 10 for my chef job and they fit very well; not too tight and not too loose around waist, hips and thighs. I've gained a little weight and though my hips are a bit narrow, my waist and thighs are not! But the pants still fit comfortably! The fabric is very sturdy and since the length was "uu", all that meant was that they are hemless and you sew your own length of hem. I personally didn't mind doing this because I could hem pants to exactly the length I wanted. And the two pockets are great! I can fit my larger size iPhone, my keys, pens and even a small note pad! These cargo work pants are worth the money I spent on them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was assisted by a very professional and friendly customer service representative and shared my measurements for a suggested size. I ordered that size, and the pants were way too big, way too long, and were not hemmed. I really need this exact item for my work uniform. This was my second try, so unfortunately, I’m disappointed. I called customer service about returning them and Ruby assisted me. She was kind, courteous and very accommodating to refund my money. So customer service is excellent, size assistance needs improvement, and the product would be great if I could order the right size.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not made for smaller women. I bought these as tactical gear for work because Dickies' material is sturdy. I looked everywhere for a size chart but couldn't find one, so I winged it and bought the smallest that they carry (4). I'm 5'5" and 115 pounds, relatively small but technically "average" for my height. I expected the pants to be a little large, but not enormous! There were about 4 inches of wiggle room between my tummy and the pants, like if I were to try on a size 8. There was no altering these bad boys. Dickies does NOT make pants for smaller women, I even tried on a size zero in another style (in-store) and they still had about an inch gap at the waist. Please accommodate for women of all shapes! Oh, and put a size chart on your site somewhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Cargo pants Great fit, not to tight, not to loose, perfect! You do have to iron these or they will look like a wrinkled ole' rag. I purchased all four colors, and the waist closures are not all the same, but all four pair clean up nicely and in the end they are well worth what you have paid for them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like them but... I work at Braum's and I bought these pants because I felt they would suit my needs. They have lots of pockets, they are stain resistant, they were the least expensive, etc. Once I received them in the mail, I immediately tried them on. They fit but are very stiff material even after washing. The length is crazy long, I ordered regular. Also all the pockets are difficult to put your hands and items in. I could barely fit my phone in the pockets on the legs. Overall, I'm not too satisfied with this purchase. If I could have found navy blue cargo pants anywhere else I wouldn't have bought these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Cargo Pants I bought these pants for a new job. I ordered a size 6 and the waist was a little too small. I kept them anyway because I really liked the way they fit. I then ordered a size 8, which fit much better. I wish they had them in green.
