Rooted in retro workwear styling from the Factory era of the 1940s and 1950s, the Women's Wide Leg Work Pants features archival fabrication with a modern silhouette to recapture the character of the American worker. As part of the Clean Utility Core Collection, these wide leg work pants offer straightforward styling in a stonewash for a softer hand feel. The contoured waistband ensures a flattering fit with a high rise that sits right under the navel, perfect to pair with the Relaxed Cropped Work Shirt from the same collection. Complete with a zip front and hook and eye closure, these flat front work pants provide added utility with front and back pockets. Staying true to the spirit of authentic workwear, the modern High Rise Work Pants are finished with a clean hem and Dickies traditional tricolor logo on the right back pocket.

these fit ugly… crazy thing is that i’m 5”10 (sized down bc i heard they run big) & the pants are dragging on the floor by two inches!

Sizing is completely off.
I purchased this pair of pants in both brick red and the darker blue/green. I got the brighter blue green on clearance from Marshall’s and the 4R fit perfectly. Dickies does not offer exchanges and since these were clearance I cannot return them. I am not understanding how the 2 pairs I bought in 4R are not even close to fitting compared to the pair I bought from Marshall’s in the exact same size. I’m very frustrated that I have to now lose money and resell them because I truly loved these pants (why I bought more online.)

So stylish and great fit
Love these. Had to get the length hemmed quite a bit, but they look great now. I had to order a size 12 even though I'm usually a size 10, but I'm glad I did, because they fit me perfectly.

LOVE THESE PANTS!!!!
I love these pants!!!! These pants reminds me of bell bottom pants that my mom used to wear. It's kind of triangular shaped with the waist and hips a bit more snug and the pants flare out. It's so cute!!! If you're not used to these pants just order regular pants.

The sizing makes no sense
I ordered up from other styles I have, figuring a little baggy is better than tight; the legs are huge and yet the waist is way tighter than the other styles. They’re like a triangle. So weird.

Size up if you have a booty
I like the look and fit of these. I ordered both a 4 and a 6. I’m 5’8” and have curvy hips. The 6 fit well, and I might be able to wear the 4s if I tone up my thighs and butt this summer. These are long which I appreciate. I was able to wear with a platform shoe. I like that these are not like most super trendy pants right now but still stylish.

Good quality, weird fit
Initially super long, they shrunk a good bit after the first wash, but I still had to cuff the bottom a good two-three inches (better than the six-seven inch cuff pre-wash). The hip/thigh area is a bit snug with a bigger gap in the waist than I would have preferred, but nothing a belt couldn’t address. I’m 5’6”, 150lb athletic build, for reference.
