Returns and Exchanges
Since 1922, Dickies quality has been built into every product. We will gladly replace a Dickies® garment or refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please feel free to call our special customer service line with any comments at 1-800-DICKIES.
For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
Dickies is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.
Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned.

- Please enclose the returns form (or original packing slip) that was sent with your order
- Please include your original order number (the 7 digit number)
- Please provide instructions (e.g. are you returning this item for a refund or exchange?)
- If you are exchanging an item, please provide details regarding the items you would like (Style number, color, size, quantity)

We are not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility
Any order may be delayed pending credit card verification and authorization. In that event, Williamson-Dickie will not be responsible for any expedited freight charges.
Your credit card will be credited once we receive your goods. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent back to you.
The Dickies® Footwear Warranty
All Dickies® Footwear Products have a six month, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.
If the boots were purchased directly from Dickies.com: Please use the form enclosed with your order to return the product. If you have this form, there is no need to call for a return authorization number. If you do not have this paperwork, please call 1-800-DICKIES to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that Dickies Footwear is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item. It is advised that you send the shipment via a company with tracking capabilities (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)
If the boots were purchased from a dealer: All returns must be accompanied by a dated receipt and returned through the authorized dealer where they were originally purchased. If you find a problem with a pair of Dickies Brand shoes or boots, just return them to the store where they were purchased. Please do NOT send your boots back directly. Without a return authorization number, we are unable to accept return packages. Any authorized dealer can provide a return authorization number which allows us to track the product shipment and problem with that particular shoe or boot.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, call Customer Service immediately so that we may assist you in covering the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), call Customer Service for help in exchanging the item.
