Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Dickies, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest-quality products for our customers, but if you purchased an item from us or from one of our authorized sellers that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us. We will reach out to you for either a refund, replacement, or a gift card. We guarantee quality and value in all purchases from our authorized sellers, and stand by the expected life of the item. Therefore, we’re happy to work with you reasonably, fairly and with you, as a customer, in mind.

Please note that because we can’t control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. Returns

For faster service, please place your order for the replacement items online and return your unwanted product for a refund. We will accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment within 90 days from the purchase date. If for any reason we are unable to apply the refund to your original form of payment, we will issue the refund for the full purchase price in the form of a gift card to

We will issue a refund only if your return:

  • Is in new condition
  • Has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Is not a Dickies Outlet item
  • Returns for large orders can be made by contacting Customer Service.

Return Instructions

Important: Return label is for one time use only. Do not photocopy or alter the size of the label.

  1. Log in or find your order:
    1. Registered Customers, log into your account .
    2. Guests, find your order using the track your order page.
  2. On the Order Summary page, click 'Return Items'. This option appears only for item(s) eligible for return.
  3. Select item(s) to return and the reason for return.
  4. Print and/or email the return label.
  5. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return is submitted.
  6. Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape. Use the original packaging, if possible.
  7. Securely attach label to the largest side of the package. When you use the label provided, shipping charges are prepaid.
  8. Remove, completely cover or mark through the original shipping label.
  9. Ship your package by:
    1. Placing it in your mailbox or USPS collection box.
    2. Dropping it off at any Post Office™. To find the Post Office closest to you, call 1.800.ASK.USPS (1.800.275.8777) or go to and click on Locate a Post Office.
    3. Giving it to your USPS carrier.
    4. Requesting a pickup for the next day from your USPS carrier at
    5. Dropping it off at a staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center® or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® location or including it with your regular scheduled FedEx Ground® pickup.
  10. Keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference.
  11. Keep a copy of your Return Tracking Number for your records.
  12. Go to to track the status of your shipment.

Dickies Store Purchase Returns

This applies to in-store purchases at Dickies Retail Stores in Las Vegas, NV,
San Marcos, Fort Worth, Katy or Jersey Village, TX.

In order to obtain a refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made, Dickies in-store purchases must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. You must have a receipt or gift receipt at a Dickies store location. We do not accept mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at a retail location.

If you do not have your receipt, your transaction may be able to be verified if you present the credit or debit card used for the purchase. For approved returns without a receipt that have been verified, or when you return your item with a receipt after 90 days of purchase date, we offer store credit in the form of a Dickies merchandise credit.

Returns of Dickies Purchases at Other Retailers

Dickies products can be returned to the retailer where they were purchased, following the policies of that store. If your product return falls beyond the store policy, we will be happy to try to assist you by replacing the item.

Your return should be:

  • In new condition
  • Unwashed, unworn and unaltered
  • Accompanied by its original receipt

Gift Returns

Unhappy with your gift because of size, fit or another reason? Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will contact you to process the exchange with an item of equal or lesser value.
