This Contemporary fit mid rise pant has a elastic encased waistband with self drawstring. There are four pockets in total: two front patch pockets, a cargo pocket and one back patch pocket. Side vents complete the look.

Comfortable, but hot
These are very comfortable. The stretch feature is great. I tried them one day at work and there are two things I would change: At least one closable pocket would be nice. There is a large cargo pocket, but it kind of gaps open- I wouldn't put anything in it you were afraid of losing. Also, the material is not very breathable. They are like nylon or polyester, and are pretty hot. I was sweating when I was moving at work. To compare, my previous work pants were more like jeans material, and they were not so uncomfortably hot.

Good!
I wear about a size 8 in jeans, hips are slightly wide. But waist is small. I can appreciate that these pants have the draw strings. Which allows me to tighten to my satisfaction. However, when I carry my phone, and work keys; and wallet the pants are weighed down.
I probably could’ve gotten away with a small, but would hate for the pants to be to tight.
I have not washed them yet.
But overall I would buy again.
