Rated 2 out of 5 by kid coat from Big boxy shirt with gigantic poorly placed pocket I really wanted these shirts to work. I like Dickies pants, so I tried the oxford button down shirts. I normally wear slim fits, not regular, but I bought them anyways. The neck and sleeve fit perfectly, but the body was huge. On top of that, the placement and size of the chest pocket are what put the nail in the coffin. Huge, placed low on the chest, it was nearly tucked into the waistline when I tucked the shirt it. I think it's lower than pictured. Other than that, a solid well priced shirt. I do agree with the other review that the back of the collar wouldn't cover a tie.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jeopardy Queen from Oxford Button-Down Dress Shirts I bought my husband 3 of the Dickies Oxford Button-Down Dress Shirts (long sleeve), and there are 2 complaints: the material does not soften up after washing and drying AND the back of the collar is very narrow, not covering up a tie resting beneath. Don't know why they made the fold over of the back of the collar so narrow. Not good. :/

Rated 4 out of 5 by LeftCoastDude from Solid Workshirt These shirts look quite nice and are cut nicely. The fit is roomy in a traditional way. The shirt is relaxed without looking too baggy. The neck size fit dead on and the long length is perfect for tucking into my khakis that I also got from here. The material is the tiniest bit scratchy, like some have mentioned. I'm expecting that to lessen after washing. The colors are great. I got one in white, one in light blue, and another in blue. The button down collar is great, not too tall and not too short. I can see how someone's tie might not fit, but I don't wear fat ties. I really like these shirts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Joe02 from As advertised This shirt was as advertised. It is a bit large but I like the extra space. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is because the collar is a bit narrow and doesn't hide a tie well. Otherwise a good shirt at a good price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SwenytheWh0 from Great daily wear shirt for work or casual I have bought and worn these shirts daily for years. I work in IT and my job could be tied to a desk one day, crawling under a desk the next, and then up in a ceiling running cable the next and this shirt works for all of those situations. It irons and starches great. Very heavy duty fabric. Runs very big but it allows for plenty of movement .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Williams Inspection from Great work shirts. I'm a Special Inspector in the structural construction trade. I needed a shirt that looked professional and I wanted it to have long sleeves for sun protection. I purchased 3 shirts just to try them out. I liked them so much that I bought 3 more. These shirts are well built and very comfortable to wear. They fit me perfectly and I enjoy putting them on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ZMTNAZ from great for work or play I had been wearing dickies pants and shirts for years but had gotten away from wearing them regularly in the last 10 years. How glad I was, to not only rediscover the quality, but the comfort, the fit and the style. Dickies wear well and last longer than any other work or casual wear that I have ever worn.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mike9546 from Disappointed Good price but disappointing craftsmanship. Collar button was misplaced so I moved it. The cuffs are tight - so I moved the buttons. Chest size should say "slim cut". I'm 6'2" 195 lbs and the chest of the shirt is a bit snug. After performing alterations I can use the shirt but won't buy any more.
