The only shorts I do yard work in.
I bought 3 pair of these shorts to wear in the yard this summer and I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about them. They have deep front pockets that hold my phone while I listen to my music and they are no trouble getting off when I'm super sweaty and waited til the last minute to relieve my bladder. I think my favorite thing about these shorts is the elastic band that doesn't go across the front. They never feel like they are cutting into my belly and I've never noticed them riding up. Yes, there is an odd bump out at the back but I got these for comfort, so I don't mind a little imperfection.

Super comfy and durable!
Love these! I work at a greenhouse and having shorts that are durable but still comfy is so important and these are it! I was hesitant because the fit didn't work for some people but it was perfect for me. I'm 5'11", ~175lbs, and usually wear an 8-10 so I got an 8 and they fit great. Wish it came in more fun colors, I'd buy them all!

Runs large in the waist
I was pleased with the quality of materials, and construction of these shorts.
But, because of the way the waist fit (waaaay too BIG!!), I had to return them.

Will try again
Just got these 5" pull-up shorts today!!
Wanted to love them,. . .but the waist was way to big.
Spoke to Kaia at customer care re: exchanges, but was told to return them and re-order, as they don't do straight exchanges via mail-order.
I usually wear a 8/10 but I think Dickies runs larger.
Quality and design of shorts were good though!

LOVE them but they run big
I bought these for a cool fitted short while doing yard work and they are perfect, only thing was I had to exchange for a small because even with an elastic waist the medium was way too big, I am a pretty standard size 6.

No size for me
I honestly really wanted these shorts. I'm usually a size 8, and in the size chart I fell between a 6 and an 8. Well, I ended up having to try the 8,6,4, and 2. The 2 was the closest to fitting, but had a weird bubble of fabric in the back. So none of these worked for me. They fit my friend who has a waist to hip ratio that is smaller, but were a bit tight in her hip area. I appreciate that dickies is making larger sizes for women, but maybe just make more sizes so everyone can fit in these?
