The legal title to purchased product transfers to the buyer at point of shipment.
Multiple Shipments
- Whenever you have multiple items in your order, we try to include them in the same shipment. However, because we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately. If your order total included a shipping charge, you are charged once regardless of the origin of your shipment or number of packages shipped.
- Please note, all delivery times are estimates and Dickies.com is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors.
- Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, Williamson Dickie will not be responsible for expedited freight charges.

Privacy Policy

At Dickies®, we understand that you care how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed. This Privacy Policy describes information we may collect about you directly or indirectly; how and why we may collect, use, and disclose your information; and the choices you have regarding your information.

This is a comprehensive Privacy Policy that describes all the ways we might handle consumer personal information in the United States and Canada in a variety of contexts, such as when consumers use our websites, mobile applications, or retail locations; buy our products; participate in our promotions and events; or provide information to us in other ways. In some cases, we may collect, use and disclose less personal information or for fewer purposes than is described in this Privacy Policy, but we will not collect, use or disclose personal information beyond the ways described in this Privacy Policy. We process consumers' personal information in different ways and to different degrees, based in part on how consumers choose to interact with us. For example, if a consumer chooses to purchase a product in one of our retail stores without identifying themselves, we would typically collect, use and disclose less personal information than if a consumer chooses to join our customer loyalty program or use our mobile application.

In the United States, Dickies is a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, a subsidiary of VF Corporation, and in Canada, Dickies is a division of Williamson-Dickie Canada Company, also a subsidiary of VF Corporation. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, when we use the terms "we," "us" and "our," or similar terms, we are referring to VF Outdoor, LLC in the United States or Williamson-Dickie Canada Company in Canada.

1. SERVICES COVERED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY

(“Company” or “we” or “our” “us”) share our user’s (collectively “you” “yours” and “users”) concerns about the privacy of personal information. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to any website, mobile or other application, feature, widget or other online service that is owned or controlled by Company, its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies that post a link to this Privacy Policy (“Sites”), as well as to any email, text, SMS, chat, push notifications and/or other electronic communications (“Communications”) and any purchases, gift cards, loyalty or rewards programs, promotions, memberships, contests, sweepstakes, and other products, services, programs, or offerings made available by Company through or in connection with the Sites or Communications (collectively, "Programs and Offerings"). The Sites, Communications, and Programs and Offerings are collectively referred to as the "Services." This Privacy Policy is subject to our Terms of Use, and by accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use in effect at the time of your visit.”

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information from you and about you in order to provide you with the products you request, to improve and personalize our interactions with you, including through the Services, and to more effectively market our products. The information we collect includes personal information or personal data as each term is defined under applicable laws (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes information that identifies you as a specific, identified individual, such as your name, address, phone and email. We will also treat additional information, including IP addresses and cookie identifiers, as Personal Information where required by applicable law.

3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect the following categories of data through our Services, which may contain Personal Information. You are not required to provide any Personal Information to us but if you do not provide certain Personal Information to us, you may not be able to use our Services and we may not be able to authenticate or assist you with your inquiries or requests.

Information You Provide To Us

We may collect Personal Information from you when you:

Place an order for a product through one of our Services;
Register for an account, create wish lists, or sign up for catalogs, email alerts, or text messages;
Respond to surveys, submit reviews, enter contests or drawings, or register for and participate in loyalty programs;
Contact customer service or interact with a chatbot or through other points of contact to submit questions or requests;
Submit information to us through interactive features, mobile or other applications, social media platforms, or other communication functionality or otherwise contact us or use our Services in any way; and
If you make a purchase from us, we work with a third-party payment processor to collect and process your payment information.

Information We Automatically Collect

Usage Data. We may collect Personal Information automatically from your use of the Services about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services, pages you visit, time spent on our Sites, IP addresses, and device and browser type.
Transactional Information. We may collect Personal Information automatically about the transaction when you make a purchase, exchange, or a return, such as product details, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction.
Cookies, Pixel Tags, Web Beacons and Other Technologies. We may automatically collect Personal Information about your use of our Services through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, social plug-ins, embedded scripts, APIs and other tracking technologies, session replay tools, or interactions with our chatbots (“Technologies”). These Technologies may collect information regarding your interactions with our Services, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling activity, mouse movements, form interactions, and interactions with chat features, to help us operate, secure, analyze, improve, and personalize our Services. We may also use third-party tracking tools to track user activity to provide relevant advertising over platforms. Our service providers use first-party cookies and similar Technologies to collect information such as device identifiers, browser type, and interactions with our Site. These cookies may be re-issued or renewed to recognize returning visitors, maintain user preferences, and support the continuity of our analytics and communications. In certain cases, a service provider may use a first-party identifier that persists beyond a browser session to help us recognize returning users and tailor our communications more effectively. We may update or re-issue our cookie notices to reflect changes to these practices.

In some circumstances, our use of analytics and related technologies may involve cross-context or cross-site tracking for advertising or measurement purposes, which under certain U.S. state privacy laws may be considered a “sharing” or “sale” of personal information. Chat; Live Agent; Recordings. If you use our chat feature or speak to a live agent, we will collect Personal Information, such as your email address, phone number, and the content of the communication. Conversations conducted via the chat feature and live agents may be recorded, and you should not continue with chat assistance and live agents if you do not consent to recording.

Data We Collect About You From Third Parties

From our Service Providers. Certain of our service providers may collect and share data about you through the services they provide to us, such as when they help us collect your contact information or usage data.

Analytics. We use Technologies and third-party tools, such as Google Analytics and Klaviyo, to collect and analyze information about how visitors interact with our Site and Services, and to improve our offerings. These vendors generally act as our service providers and process information on our behalf in accordance with our instructions and applicable agreements. From Unrelated Third Parties. If you connect or interact with us on third-party sites or applications, such as social media platforms, third party marketplaces, or email servers, the third-party platform may send us your information, such as your profile information from that platform. The information collected and disclosed to us is controlled by the third-party platform and its terms and privacy policy or as you direct by adjusting your privacy settings on the third-party platform. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

Fraud Prevention and Security. We may use third-party fraud prevention, security, identity verification, and risk management providers to help detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise harmful activity involving our Services, transactions, customers, or business. Depending on the circumstances, these providers may act as our service providers or may act as independent businesses, controllers, or other entities under applicable privacy laws and may collect, use, disclose, and retain Personal Information as permitted by applicable law for fraud prevention, security, compliance, and risk management purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Personal Information for the following purposes to:

Personalize your experience, store your preferences, provide user-experience features, and to operate our business and provide our products and services;

5. HOW WE SHARE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information, including your SMS information:

Upon your instruction;
With your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties such as for their own marketing purposes subject to their separate privacy policies;
Internally within our affiliated organization and subsidiaries;
To our third-party vendors and service providers service providers, processors, contractors, and other partners, who act on our behalf and instruction to perform administrative, technical and operational functions, such as cloud hosting, content delivery, data and usage analysis, internal logging, fulfillment services, loyalty program administration, IT functions, business and corporate functions, marketing and advertising, customer support, and email and text transmission, among others, to provide you with our Services. In some circumstances, certain of these providers may act as independent businesses, controllers, or other entities under applicable privacy laws and may collect, use, disclose, and retain Personal Information for their own purposes, including fraud prevention, security, analytics, and compliance purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law;
To our third-party service providers who help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other service providers who assist us in the delivery of text or SMS messages, provided that we will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign;
This webite uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
Where it has been de-identified, including through aggregation or anonymization;
To a prospective or actual purchaser or seller in the context of a merger, acquisition or other reorganization or sale of our business or assets;
As required by applicable law, including, without limitation, in response to any government or regulatory agency request, to cooperate with law enforcement investigations, or upon receipt of any court order;
To comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, to protect our rights and property and that of our agents, customers, members and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use or in an emergency to protect the personal safety of any person;
Within certain of our products, we use and transfer your data collected through certain Technologies, including through Google APIs. Our use of Google APIs is in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Privacy Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, located at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy;
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information;
With your consent.

6. USE OF MACHINE LEARNING OR AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING

We use automated tools, including machine-learning models (“automated decision-making technologies”), to help operate, improve, and personalize our Services. These tools analyze information such as your browsing activity, purchase history, device information, and interactions with our Site or app to personalize product recommendations, understand shopping and browsing patterns, improve the performance and effectiveness of our Services; and develop predictive analytics that help us enhance user experience and product offerings. These automated processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. For example, we do not use automated decision-making to determine your eligibility for financial or essential services, nor do we use it to set individualized prices that could lead to unfair or discriminatory outcomes. Our automated tools are used only to support and enhance your shopping experience and internal business operations. Where required by applicable state privacy laws, you may have the right to request information about our automated decision-making processes, opt out of certain profiling, or ask for human review, if applicable. 7. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to third party services and features. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of such parties. These parties have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their services, features or policies. Please read their privacy policies before you submit any data to them.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We generally retain Personal Information for as long as needed for the specific business purpose or purposes for which it was collected. In some cases, we may be required to retain Personal Information for a longer period of time based on laws or regulations that apply to our business or for other necessary business purposes. When the purposes of processing are satisfied, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time period.

9. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we implement physical and technical measures designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

10. AGE LIMITATIONS

Services are not intended for use by anyone younger than 14 years old. If you learn that anyone younger than 14 has used our Services or provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such Personal Information.

11. MANAGE YOUR PREFERENCES

There are several ways that you can manage your communications and data privacy preferences. Residents of some states have additional rights to opt-out of the sharing or processing of their personal information for purposes of targeted advertising, as described in the Your Privacy Rights section below. Please note that we may still contact you for administrative purposes regarding your account or to notify you in changes in our Services.

Account Information

You can access, modify, and delete certain information stored within your online account by logging into your account at any time.

Marketing Communication Preferences

Emails. If you wish to opt-out of any marketing communications from us, please click on the “opt-out” link in the communication or contact us by email customerservice@dickies.com, phone 800-342-5437 or at Dickies 31 W 34th St., 4th FL New York, NY 10001. If you have an active user account in one of our products, you can update communication preferences in-app to opt-out of product related marketing communications.
Texts. You do not have to opt-in to text messages to make purchases from us and we will only send you texts if you have opted-in to receive them. If you opt-in, we may send you text messages and alerts using an auto dialer, automated SMS or autodialed technologies and standard messaging and data rates may apply. Privacy Choices Regarding Data Collected from our Services

Cookies and Internet Based Advertiser Settings. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies. You can also elect to disable targeting cookies. Note that removing or rejecting certain cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our Services. Please note that you generally must opt out on each device that you use. For more information on managing cookies, please adjust your settings in accordance with our Manage My Cookie Consents.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: Do Not Track ("DNT") signals offered by some web browsers are settings that request that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. Global Privacy Control ("GPC") is a technical specification in your browser settings that you can use to automatically inform websites of your privacy preferences with regard to third party online tracking. NAI/DAA Opt-Out: Some of the companies we use may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI"), Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") or the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (“DAAC”) which participate in self-regulatory programs. Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about the use of the Services and report on activities and trends. Please note that opting out through these mechanisms does not opt you out of advertising, and that you will likely continue to receive generic ads while online. Your opt-out choices are typically browser and device specific; if you disable your cookies, upgrade your browser after opting out, or if you use multiple different devices, please opt-out on each device and each browser separate.

12. UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Services may contain webpages or applications through which you can correct or update some of the personal data you have provided (such as via an online account) or through which you may be able to unsubscribe or modify the email newsletters or similar communications we send to you. If you have an online account, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your account registration data with current, accurate, and complete information. 13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our Services are offered in the United States and Canada and are not intended to be accessed or used from other jurisdictions. If you are visiting or using our Services from jurisdictions other than the United States and Canada, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, and processed in, a jurisdiction other than the country in which you are resident. Certain jurisdictions require that we disclose a summary of the categories of personal information we may have collected about you and with whom we may have disclosed that information to, depending on how you use our Services.

Program Overview

In the Dickies For Business Program (“Program”), certain business entities qualify to receive discounts on purchases of Dickies merchandise and other benefits offered by Dickies, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC (“Dickies”) from time to time.

NO MEMBERSHIP FEE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND TO DICKIES IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR THE PROGRAM.
Membership - Who can join?

(a) Eligibility: The Program is open only to qualifying business entities that are located and doing business in the United States which are in good standing. Qualifying business entities EXCLUDES any business entity which is a part of Workwear Outfitters® including the following brands: Red Kap®, Bulwark®, Workrite® Fire Service, Horace Small®, Kodiak®, Terra®, Work Authority®, Walls®, Liberty ®, Image Authority® and Chef Designs.
The Program is only open to business entities and is NOT intended for personal use by any individual. If you are a member of the general public (that is, not a qualifying business entity), do not attempt to participate in the Program as it is not intended for you.
(b) How to Join: An authorized representative** or owner of a qualifying business entity (who must be at least 18 years of age [or the age of the majority, whichever is higher]) signs up the business entity at www.dickies.com (“Dickies Website”).
**Authorized representative is an individual who holds a position of requisite authority to bind the business entity for the purposes of the Program and these Terms. For clarity, in all cases, an authorized representative/owner is acting on behalf of the corresponding business entity in conjunction with the Program. To create a Dickies For Business Account (or “Account”), authorized representative/owner provides the following information:
• First and last name of authorized representative or owner;
• Business email address of authorized representative/owner;
• Business phone number of authorized representative/owner.
Then, authorized representative/owner must check the designated box indicating their acceptance of and agreement to these Terms. IF THIS BOX IS NOT CHECKED, A DICKIES FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNT CANNOT BE CREATED.
Authorized representative/owner may be required to create a username and/or password in conjunction with creation of Dickies for Business Account. Usernames may be approved or rejected by Dickies in its sole discretion; Without limitation, usernames deemed by Dickies to be offensive or inappropriate will be rejected.
Dickies may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept any application for the Program from a given qualifying business entity, with Dickies having no liability for the same under any legal theory. For clarity, even if a given business entity is eligible as per these Terms, such eligibility does not guarantee the admission of such business entity into the Program. If a business entity is not admitted to the Program, Dickies is not required to provide any explanation of any kind for such decision.
(c) Restrictions on Membership. If the business entity chooses to have multiple authorized representatives have access to the Program for the business entity, each authorized business entity representative must create their own unique profile for the Program. Representatives should not share their Dickies for Business Account login credentials with any other individual inside or outside of the business entity.

(d) Account Information/Security. It is the sole responsibility of authorized representative/owner to (i) assure that the business entity's Dickies For Business Account information is current and otherwise accurate at all times and (ii) safeguard the security of the business entity's username and password for its Dickies For Business Account. To update a business entity representative's Program Account information (including changing username and/or password), follow the instructions on the Dickies Website. Update requests will only be honored by Dickies in its sole discretion after verification of user's identity and/or authorization from applicable business entity, as applicable. It is the sole responsibility of an authorized representative/owner to immediately inform Dickies of any suspected unauthorized activity to the business entity's Dickies For Business Account (including but not limited to if a business entity's username and/or password for its Dickies For Business Account has been compromised) as directed on the Dickies Website.

3. Discounts. Discounts will be subject to rules including but not limited to restrictions on participating Dickies merchandise on which the discount offer is valid; the time period during which the discount offer is valid; Maximum savings available to a given business entity via a given discount offer and/or over a particular period of time; Provision of proof of qualifying purchase for business entity to claim discount offer. Dickies reserves the right to limit discounts to some but not all business entities which have a Dickies For Business Account including but not limited to based on business entity's geographic location, purchase history and/or other factors.

4. Other Benefits. Other benefits may be offered by Dickies from time to time and may be provided to some but not all business entities with a Dickies For Business Account. By way of example only, other benefits could perhaps include gifts, dedicated customer service representatives, early information about [and early access to] new Dickies merchandise and/or access to special sales of Dickies merchandise. Such other benefits will be subject to rules which may include, depending on the benefit in question: the benefit being offered only in limited quantities (ie, “while supplies last”) and/or limited times; the business entity being responsible for any costs/expenses incurred in accepting and using the benefit and any applicable taxes resulting from such use; the benefit not being redeemable for cash; and/or the benefit not being replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Email and Mobile. By registering for the Program, authorized representative/owner agrees to the applicable business entity's receipt of transactional and recurring marketing emails regarding the Program and general marketing and promotional emails about Dickies from Dickies. These may include information about the Program, discounts and benefits, Program updates, and other related materials, including promotional email offers and updates about Dickies, at the sole discretion of Dickies. Authorized representative/owner can adjust the types of emails received about the Program in the business entity's Dickies For Business Account. Business entity may not unsubscribe from transactional emails regarding the Program; If the business entity does not wish to receive transactional emails, the business entity's sole recourse is to cancel its membership in the Program with loss of unused discounts and unused benefits as described below. Business entity may be unsubscribed from Dickies promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails without affecting its participation in the Program.

Certain Services within the Program are, or may be available through, a mobile device. The user's wireless carrier message and data rates may apply. Authorized representative/owner is advised to consult the service agreement with their wireless carrier to determine their mobile device's pricing plan. Services in the Program may not be compatible with all mobile devices and Dickies disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By providing your telephone number(s) and confirming your acceptance of SMS/text messages from Dickies, through electronic and/or digital means, you expressly consent to receive recurring non-marketing and marketing text messages from Dickies, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, and others texting on behalf of Dickies, including text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages from Dickies, use the mobile phone corresponding to the number enrolled in Dickies text messages and reply “STOP” in response to a text message from the Dickies text messaging program or text “STOP” to 7238. You will then receive Confirmation of your opt-out. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that phone number or five-digit short code, and you will remain opted into any other text messaging programs where you have enrolled.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Dickies immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Dickies of a number change via the “Contact Us” page on its website.
You agree to indemnify Dickies in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Dickies if you change your telephone number, including but not limited to all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws.

6. Changes.
(a) The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Dickies, which reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel the Program (or any aspect thereof) at any time, with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any unused discounts and unused benefits accrued by a given business entity's Account as of the date of cancellation will be canceled and forfeited without compensation of any kind, with Dickies having no liability for Same under any legal theory.

(b) If authorized representative/owner decides to continue the business entity's membership in the Program after a change in these Terms, such decision constitutes the authorized representative's/owner's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms on behalf of the corresponding business entity without any further consent . While Dickies may alert authorized representatives/owners of a change in the Terms, Dickies is in no way obligated to do so; And, refraining from sending any such notification does not create any liability for Dickies. Should Dickies choose to notify authorized representatives/owners of a change in these Terms and there is any inconsistency between the content of such notification and the revised version of the Terms, the revised Terms will, in all instances, supersede such notification. By way of example only, revisions to the Program may perhaps include limiting the availability of certain discounts and/or benefits as well as modifications to the Account creation procedure.

7. Termination, Cancellation
(a) Abuse of the Program may result in termination of business entity's participation in the Program, with cancellation of its Dickies For Business Account, disqualification from future enrollment in the Program (or any similar program offered by Dickies), and cancellation of unused discounts and forfeiture of unused benefits without compensation of any kind, with Dickies having no liability for the same under any legal theory. Dickies may also prosecute abuse of the Program to the fullest extent of the law. In addition to such remedial measures with respect to the business entity in question, Dickies may also pursue legal sanctions against the individual perpetrating the abusive conductor, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The following are examples of abuse of the Program:
(i) Repeated or egregious violation of the rules/restrictions governing the use of any discounts and/or benefits;
(ii) any attempt to receive/redeem discounts and/or benefits other than in compliance with these Terms;
(iii) fraud or tampering of any kind;
(iv) any misrepresentation of fact (including one's status as an authorized representative/owner or regarding the eligibility of a business entity to enroll in the Program); or
(v) other improper conduct of any kind.
(b) Authorized representative/owner may cancel business entity's Dickies For Business Account at any time by following the instructions on Dickies Website. Note that cancellation of a business entity's Program membership will result in cancellation of unused discounts and forfeiture of unused benefits without compensation of any kind, with Dickies having no liability for the same under any legal theory. If such business entity later decides to re-join the Program and Dickies accepts business entity's re-admission to the Program, such business entity will lose any unused discounts and unused benefits from their earlier, canceled membership.
8. General
(a) Any and all decisions of Dickies with regard to the Program are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
(b) The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Dickies Website are made a part of these Terms and incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Use of the Dickies Website, the Terms of Use of the Dickies Website shall prevail, govern and control in all respects; Should there be any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy of the Dickies Website, the Privacy Policy shall prevail, govern and control in all respects.
(c) These Terms are void where prohibited by law.
(d) By registering their business entity for the Program, authorized representative/owner (on behalf of business entity and, to the extent applicable, themselves personally) releases Dickies, its parent and subsidiaries and affiliate entities and vendors, and their respective directors , officers, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the receipt, acceptance, possession use or misuse of any discounts or benefits, against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses ( Including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to the business entity's participation/membership in the Program.
(e) The Released Parties make no warranty or condition, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Program, including but not limited to membership in the Program and discounts or benefits available via the program.
(f) If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the illegal/invalid/unenforceable provision will be deemed severable from the Terms and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
(g) Any failure by Dickies to enforce any provision of these Terms in any given circumstance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
