Made in the USA and a nod to 1922
"Amazing quality and workmanship. The fabric is top notch and up leveled. Fit is trim which I prefer for a modern appearance. I hope Dickies will introduce more pieces like this!!!"

In the mid-1950’s, Dickies introduced a line of shirts made with “the New Look”. While previously work shirts had been made like very rugged dress shirts, the New Look shirts were more streamlined in keeping with Mid-Century Modern aesthetics. Non-functional details were eliminated, and the result was a shirt with a convertible collar and plain button front. This cleaner look was the beginning of the highly versatile and popular Dickies work shirt of today, and the style showcases the beautiful fabrics featured here.

"Amazing shirt and a pleasure to put on. Styled and constructed like shirts used to be. Wonderfully styled collar. Heavy Cramerton twill of the shirt will wear like iron. I do wish they had more like this with bigger front pockets, and lighter materials. No blends here, just 100 % cotton woven the right way."
