"2XL is more like a 4XL. Size chart for dickies. com is so far off its not even close. I wear a 2X in every other brand of close but this vest is unbelievably oversized. They don't do exchanges, I used a first time buyers code to get a discount, so I'll be out $20+ to get the correct size even though I went off the size guide dickies provided. Extremely disappointing. Will never order from dickies. com again!"
