Stupid security policy that left me without a purc

"I tried to buy things from your shop, but I was unable to do so. The thing is that I am not in the USA and I used the services of a transport company for the purchase. First I tried to buy it myself to their American address, but my purchase was rejected. I then asked this company to buy the item for me. They told me that you cancelled their order too. I don't understand what the problem was. When ordering from other shops (like Levi's, reebok, etc) with the same company there was no problem. I am very upset about this fact and am disappointed that I will not be able to receive and wear your brand of clothing. I have been looking for clothes for a long time, tried several times to place an order, but all to no avail. I realise that you have some kind of security policy, but I think it is stupid that because of this I cannot become your customer, just because I am in another country where your shop is not available."

"Nice hat! The only issue I had, was the one size fits most/all was too big for my 22. 5” bald head. Those with bigger heads or a head full of hair, won’t have this issue. Fits perfect after washing( cold ) & drying( low )."
