Total Nightmare!!

"This is the 2nd time they sent the wrong item and they didn’t refund me what I paid. My order was $71. They sent back $66, and when I called customer service they were passive aggressive with an attitude. Sounded like a child playing video games. They didn’t give a f*ck or pay attention to my needs as a customer. I hope I don’t have to call customer service again for $5"
