Pour célébrer le 100e anniversaire de Dickies, nous avons reproduit un pantalon fabriqué pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Ce pantalon spécial présente une taille Hollywood, la ceinture étant intégrée au pantalon au lieu d'être cousue séparément. À l'intérieur de la braguette boutonnée se trouve un rabat anti-gaz, conçu pour protéger le corps des gaz toxiques pendant la guerre. Des passants de ceinture élégants et une petite poche à monnaie complètent le look. Ce pantalon présente la taille ample et la jambe large de l'original. Le coloris Suntan est un sergé de 8,5 oz et le Dusty Olive un tissage à chevrons de 8,5 oz. Ces deux tissus sont issus de l'histoire militaire traditionnelle. Les poches sont en sergé écru, utilisé pour les pantalons vintage résistants. Ce pantalon porte l'étiquette Dickies Best des années 1920.

"Traditional fit. That means the rise is high and the pant leg is full. These are particularly good for larger or muscled guys that need more stride ease to allow larger legs to swing free. Quality twill that is sturdy and durable, but not overbuilt or harsh the way heavy denim can feel. Buy try to side or a size small (they sit at your true waist, or belly button) which is slimmer than your hips,"

"Remember those old photos of your great grandad over in Europe in WWII? Remember how he wore pants constructed from at least the entire sail of a schooner? Like each of his pant legs were easily as big around as a polar bear? And there was another photo of him in his boxers, draping his trousers over his airplane to camouflage it from above? And that other photo of him jumping out of a plane and using his trousers as an oversized parachute? Or one of him tying his trousers across a narrow channel in Norway to trap a German submarine? Or lying his freshly washed trousers over the deck of an aircraft carrier, and they still drape over the bow, sides, and stern? What's that? You don't remember those photos? Well, someone at Dickies took a bunch of hallucinogenic mushrooms and imagined they did, and then designed these trousers. Vintage military pants were roomy, sure. But these are the product of a deranged mind."

"Love these pants and how they fit. The material feels nice and durable, but the stitching was not amazing. Noticed a few loose threads on arrival, but figured it wouldn’t be a big issue. Stitching in the back pocket gave out on first wash, even though I washed on delicate cycle by themselves. Slight let down for the price."
