Changed knee pad area

"For some reason Dickies changed the placement of the knee pad insert on these pants so that the knee pad now sits and the calf. Absolutely terrible customer service when I emailed to point this out. In the picture you can see the bottom hem on the left which allows for the knee pads to sit at the knee. On the right is where you changed it. Makes no sense and I was told this was not a defect. These are the exact same model number, same size and same length. And again, your customer service was terrible when I emailed to inquire about this."
