Waist size is not even close.
In all major brands I wear a 32" waist so after reading a few reviews on the 874 work pants, I decided to go with a 33" waist. As soon as I put them on I could tell they weren't going to fit. I couldn't come close to buttoning them. I returned those and ordered 34's and the same thing, not even close. Had the waist fit the legs seamed normal and would have fit right, same with the 32's. So I gave it one more shot not holding out much hope. The don't offer a 35" so I got the 36". The 36's were to big and I could fit both of my legs in one leg. What a wasteAltho of my time and a big disappointment. I don't know how they could be so far off from other manufactures.

Worst Pants I’ve Ever Bought
I have to give one star in order to review, however they don’t deserve that. I’m 85 years old and have worn dozens of pairs of Dickies during my life. These are the worst designed pants I’ve ever bought and tried to wear. The slant pocket design is difficult with large handed, belt loop placetcould be a LOT better. Zipper is hard to reach as well. Most poorly constructed pants I’ve bought. I’ll never buy another pair of Dickies. What happened to good dependable work clothes?!

Still good pants, despite no Lincoln Green
Runs smaller in size than in past .. there also is more shrinkage .. Had hoped that Dickies would bring back Lincoln Green .Found one pair in my size B&T ,that were manufactured 15yrs ago. Have had change colour to Tan , now they are also are scarce too.. I have worked all over the world Arctic to tropics and found that LG broke in nicer though faded and sweat stained abit more ,but did not stick to you when sweating .I've found no other colour that does this .. Fit was great , but seems recent purchases shrunk more .. losing the quality edge , time to revisit old quality and value ....and was

Waist size is a hit and miss, I'm a size 38 and there are times when the pant is labeled 38 but fits like a 36 I am not sure if they are being miss labeled at the factory or some other problem. I do think quality control needs to look into this because I have read several reviews of the same complaints. Other than sizing issues these pants wear well and are comfortable.

Great return policy
The Original 874 work pant is all my husband will wear. I order his pants direst from the company because he likes the Lincoln Green pants and they are very hard to find in stores. I purchased the 874 work pants for my husband at his regular size. When they arrived the sizes were a little too small. I filled out the return form and sent the pants back with the label that was sent to me. Return was processed in very little time. I have since ordered the correct size and am waiting for their arrival. We are very satisfied with Dickies products and policies.
