Horrible changes.
This is not the same hat you guys used to sell. A washed hat means it is has a washed, worn look. You have now replaced it with a completely different style all the way around. Velcro adjust back with extra strap length sticking out when it used to be a buckle and the excess strap material tucked. Also you added some rigid backing in the inside front instead of just fabric so now it has more of a trucker look than a form fitting golf style hat.

A MISTAKE WAS MADE
I wear the traditional baseball cap and I ordered two from Dickies. One was the "slouch" type cap that I wear. The other had that high hard dome look that I don't care for. It needs to go to someone under 72. I gave it away.

Worst cap ever
This cap is a disgrace to the Dickies brand. It is flimsy with no shape to it. It looks like a 300 pound person sat on it for a month. It looks even worse on and a total waste of money.

Made to be worn for years
I've wearied of trying to find a decently made ballcap on a department store rack, they simply don't exist. They look good but they shrink in the first hard rain or become misshapened over time, but not a Dickies ball cap. I'll never waste my money on an inferior cap again, this is the only cap for me. And I'm so certain of that I'm buying another in a different color.
