Almost perfect for the job
Comfortable pants I gave 4 star because I own the flex carpenter pants and I wanted flex2 double knee regular fit with same pocket cut and no pleeting and no hook button but still comfortable and work good. DICKIES PLEASE Make this combo it will be best of both pants. Caprpenter pockets without hammer holder and flex 2 with double knee no pleets.

Flex fits properly.
Regular flex fits as it should. Other brand pants I wear 34” waist. Non flex I have to wear 36”

Inconsistent sizing & fit
It is always a hit or miss when it comes to purchasing from Dickies
I feel that their pants are inconsistent with sizing. I ordered a 30x30 and it fits more like a 28 or 29 x 30. very tight around the waist and feels much slimmer in the thigh than some of the other regular fit pants.
I went to their retailer to try on their relaxed fit double knee work pants sized 32x30 and it is just way too big.
I also have a pair of their relaxed fit flex cargo pants 30x30 and they fit and feel amazing
The quality is still their classic durable and quality fabric that i always loved for almost 10+ years, I just wish their sizing with more consistent.

Waist size not accurate
Bought the same pants in blue last year and the waist of the ones I received in black is actually smaller & tighter even though they're exactly same size. I'll have to return them, get the next size up, and hope they're not too big.

Too baggy and useless phone pocket
These pants were much too baggy for use as actual work pants—the extra fabric gets in the way and catches on things, and the cell phone pocket is so shallow it is useless—any phone you put in there is almost guaranteed to fall out if you do anything more than just stand up straight

Double let down.
Ordered two pairs of the same pant at the same time. One fits ok and one fits larger both being a 34 waist. Also on one pair the belt loop has already torn after 2 wears. Disappointed to say the least.

Awesome pants, love them.
I'm a true size 31 in waist, I bought these in 32 and fit good. I do believe they fit tighter than a true 32 waist so I recommend going up. This has been true with all the dickies pants I have bought lately.

Baggier than I thought, inconsistent sizes
A little more baggy than I was expecting. I purchased two pair of the same pants, two different colors, one fit perfectly and the other one was tight in the waste so I guess there is some inconsistency in size.

Different waist size in two pair of the same pants
love the pants, but one pair were definitely smaller in the waist dimension than the other, even though both were labeled the same (36" W x 32" L). I haven't worn that pair and probably could, but not near as comfortable as the other pair.

Buy One Size Up - Good work pants
The size fits small so you have to buy one size up from your original size. My husband was glad I read the reviews to get the right size. He likes the double knees, how loose fitting in the legs and the double knee. He walks up and down stairs and bends down on his knees to do baseboards. He also likes the little pocket on the backside of the pants. He uses it for little tools.
