Won’t take returns.
They screen reviews to keep only the good ones. They don’t take returns. They say to not talk about customer service because it’s the worst you’ll ever experience. They’ll take days if not weeks to respond they say you’ve gone over 30-days. I’m glad I’m the purchaser at my base because I will not be purchasing anything Dickies again.

Sleeves too long
I have the Eisenhower Jacket in size Large (L-RG) which I have worn for years. It is faded and frayed, I decided to refresh it. I ordered the exact jacket in the same size, and the new one does not fit. The shoulder seams are at the perfect level, but the sleeves are longer and bigger around. The cuffs have been enlarged and lengthened, making it unwearable. I tried one on at a store, which had the same problem.
