Scrub up in comfort and warmth with Dickies Women’s Balance Scrub Jacket. This long-sleeve look is just what you need with a rib-knit neckband, waistband and cuffs so the air will stay out, while the waistband rib-knit gives you a feminine look. Two welt pockets add additional storage to the utility you have on underneath with one of our scrub tops. The front zipper closure calls for an easy on and off, while the sleeve strapping keeps it durable.

Super cute and comphy jacket. It's thin and does have some stretch. Its not super tight. It will not keep you warm on a windy or cold day. Layer up. Zipper does not give me any issues like I've read in a few other reviews. I bought a small and it's perfect. I'm 5'2 pretty well porportioned and weigh around 140. Chest size 36C.
