Size
I am a size 2XLT. I forgot when I ordered these shirts that Dickies long sleeve tees and Henley shirts need to be upped one size. Short sleeves are perfect, but all long sleeves are a tad small. All my Dickie short sleeve shirts fit well after many washings, but long sleeves get too tight after being washed. The shirts are really nice other wise. I will remember to go size 3XLT’s when I order long sleeve.

Order one size up than normal on tee shirts
I have order several Dickies short sleeve shirts in large and they are fine. Order this style in large and fits as a medium. I love the shirt but if ordering this style I recommend going up one size.

Poor fit
I'm 6'4" at 200 lbs and often find XLT fit is correct for me but this shirt would have fit me better if I had short arms, weighted 250 with 40" waist. I like the look of the shirt but the fit is not for me. Additionally I'm afraid if I go down in size to a LT the arms will be even shorter.
