Sizing is a real issue.
If you read through the reviews for almost all Dickies pants, you’ll see that sizing is an issue. What’s most frustrating is that it’s an issue that isn’t being addressed. Ordered three pairs of the skate slim pants. All in 33/30. Not one was the same size around the waist and into the thighs and it’s often not something you can gauge until you wear them. The olive? The navy blue was tight and it took me all day yesterday to get them to not feel restrictive. The olive I put on this morning and it felt the same initially, but within 30 minutes was CLEARLY looser at the waist and thigh. So how are customers suppose to know their sizing if going by the sizing it’s a crapshoot? So over $100 spent and three different fitting pants and no closer to knowing my size. So could exchange them for the same size and try again, but why would I trust that would be any different? I own the slim skate shorts and the same issue AND they don’t fit the same around the waist as the pants. And what is the deal with the zipper being so incredibly short? I’ve worn the 874 Flex that I’ve gotten from Walmart and they have been far more consistent in sizing. Dickies, you need to solve this problem.

Great Pants, Odd Choices.
I’ve been wearing the 874 Flex and the slim skate shorts and love both. Wanted to try the slim skate pants and assume they’d be similar. They’re a little snug in the thigh to start, but after one day they’ve loosened up, so I assume they’ll soften/stretch like the others. But the one really odd choice? The TINY zipper. Is there some logic behind it that I’m missing? Do you assume male skateboarders never have to go the bathroom and don’t want to take off your pants? It is ludicrously small. The same shorts aren’t like that, so not sure who blew it one this one.

Great. But black is NOT black.
Great pants. But the black is NOT black. You can even see in the final photo that the model’s black shirt is significantly darker and ACTUALLY black. This black is dark grey.

Tiny wiene zipper
Good material, but are these made for women?? Can not get my dingdong out to wiz unless I pull them around my ankles like a 4 year old. Come on folks, is the working world using this same style in shops across the states? Doubt it.

dickies skate aint what it used to be
used to live in these pants. once vf corp bought dickies the quality went to pot. the fabric on the skate pants used to be soft and the fit good. now the fabric is cheap, zippers have shrunk and the fit is terrible. i got a 33 (i'm a 32 normally) in two pair. one fit like a 32 and the black ones i couldn't even zipper. had to re-order 3 times to try and find a fit. the last time they forgot to give me a credit so i spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to convince them to replace the pants i returned with a bigger size. they said they refunded me already but i paid with a gift card and had zero balance in my account. another heritage brand falls to corpo cost cutting and profit chasing. my whole family skates (3 sons) and we won't be buying dickies pants anymore.

Great fit! Great color! What’s not to love?
The fit on the slim version of skate pants is the best! Good for the bigger thigh, but not so loose at the bottom. This color was on sale, and I’m not sure why, cause it’s the best green! Love it! Thanks for offering it!

Great pants!
I'm a girl but I like to buy the men's skateboarding pants cause they look nicer on me. The booty is poppin. I wish they'd come out with women's pants that are smaller in the waist but fit everywhere else exactly the same. But wearing a belt work just as well.

I really dig the fit, pleat and feel of these pants. Reflecting Pond is a rad addition to the color line up. It has some serious 90's feels to the color. The black should be titled "dark gray" or "concrete" as it's not black. Chocolate Brown are the best color way to rock with any color top. They hold up well to falls, and the waist runs small. I usually wear a 30 x 34 for these I wear a 32 x 34. Wish they made 32x36.

Perfect work pants
Additional flex of these is great for work. I'm a driver so doing inspections of the vehicles is one aspect of when the pants need to work while still being comfortable for driving for 8 hours.

Best daily driver pants Ive ever owned
I now have 5 pairs of these pants for work, skating, and hanging out. They are my go to daily pants!! I am tall and skinny and Dickies sizes fit well for me where as most other companies don't. Dickies are simply the best.

My favorite pants of all time.
Second time I’ve ordered these pants. The waist is tighter so I ordered 34x30 instead of my usual 32x30. The length on these pants is always perfect. I’m 5,8 and the 30 length fits nice.
