bigger front pockets

Work Shorts
The same model number from 2019 has the gray, flex elastic fabric around the entire waistband. The new ones I ordered do not have the elastic waist band, but still say “flex” on them. They do not stay up when I’m on the job. I had to purchase a belt to hold them up. I’m 37 years old, and have never owned a belt before. I am disappointed in the changes you have made, without advertising the fact that they are different. I have worn Dickies products 365 days of the year, for the last ten years. I will not waste another dime on them.

Best work shorts.
Started new job. Needed new work gear. First thing is Dickies shorts and 874 pants. That's pretty much all I needed.
The quality and fit of Dickies products will keep me covered for quite a while.

Good Quality, Poor Consistency and Service
I ordered the same size shorts as I wear in the basic pants. The shorts were way too big. I think the issue though is that the pants I have were cut small. When I hold up the 38 pants to the 38 shorts there is 1.5" of waist difference when laid flat. Dickies doesn't do exchanges so I had to return then reorder. The problem for me was that I had bought during their sale where it was 30% off. So returning and re-ordering instead of an exchange, cost me another $25! Disappointing that the sizes are so inconsistent and they didn't do anything to help offset the additional cost. I ended up reordering through a third party vendor that makes exchanges easier.

Not my cup of tea!!
Thought I would give these a try even though they don’t have my true size so I went up to the next size and I’m not a fan!! They fit like what a really older man would wear! Fits decent around the waist but that’s about it I will wear them working in the yard but not in public

My Daily Drivers
I wear these pretty much everyday, biking/walking all around town. I bought 3 pairs after owning just own for the last several months, and while I'm happy 1 of 3 of the same model and size fit too snugly around my bodacious waist. A tad annoying they aren't super consistent with their sizing. I put true to size only because 2 of 3 fit, otherwise I'd say it's not true to size.
This inconsistent sizing is the only reason it's not a 5 star review.

Wish it were button and not clasp
It’s not in the description or images, but these are not button style. They are clasps like dress pants. In a work short this needs to be a button. A snug belt will undo the clasp as well as the constant twisting and turning on the job.
