Need some tassle loafers
Good quality, feel nice, but definitely oversized. Like your grandpa’s pants from the 1940s. Maybe thats not a bad thing though!

These pants are horrible! I got the same size as a different pair in the same order and these are huge! The color is nothing like the photo either. Its mostly black, and you can barely see any of the red. Unfortunately, it seems like I can't return them bc they were on sale.

Great quality, runs slightly big
Super comfortable, durable material. Great for office/clerical work. Runs a bit big, I'm usually a size 31 but I fit comfortably in a 30. Only bought that size because 31 was no longer available and I was pleased that I didn't have to squeeze in too tight.

Mad about plaid
These pants got me a date and compliments from the church choir ladies. Unbeatable range of appeal. I washed them in hot water as another reviewer suggested and the colors brightened right up.

size down more than you think
i expected these to be large so i sized down (my waist is 27 inches so i sized down to a 26) but the pants were still way bigger than i expected and i probably could’ve gotten a 25 or maybe even a 24. the color is definitely less vibrant and saturated than in the picture, and the actual pants look nearly black but i don’t really mind that. if i could, i would exchange them for a smaller size because i love the pants, just not the way they fit.

Very long, run large, but worth getting
These pants are my new favorite! I love that the plaid is subtle, and how high waisted they are. I have a pretty long torso so it can be difficult to find high waisted pants that sit as high as I'd like, but these ones are perfect in that regard.
As for negatives, they run large like the other reviews say, but ordering a size down helped. They're also a million miles long, so I have to roll them up until I can get them hemmed.
All around not perfect, but I love them!

Give them a wash before wearing for best color!!!
At first I was extremely disappointed with these pants, because like everyone else, I noticed when they came that the plaid was barely visible and they read as mostly black pants with some weird sheen on them. Then I started thinking that it might be some fiber residue, I washed them in warm water and bam! The plaid is soooo much more visible. I think with one more wash, they’ll be perfect. Washing also helped shrink the waist and bagginess of the legs. They’re very comfortable. I do kind of wish they made these in a non-corduroy material, but I like them even still.
TLDR: if your pants look too dark, wash them with hot/warm water before wearing and the red plaid becomes visible!!!

Size weirdness
Based on other reviews I thought I had to size down so I went with a 26 when I'm normally a 28 in other Dickies pants (most notably the Houston jean, like a glove). They were way too tight and couldn't button. At the same time they were too long. I returned and decided not to exchange so not sure what size would've been better. Aside from that the material was nice quality and comfortable.

Just what I wanted! I’m a size 8/29 and would describe myself as a slight pear. I typically have issues with pants who are described as boyfriend or wider leg not actually doing that for my thighs. Levi’s Baggy come to mind of not always actually fitting in the rump/thigh area as wanted.
These Dickies however are true to size, and exactly what I want in a fit. As other reviewers say, the print is not as vivid as pictured, but it’s still noticeable!
